Generally clean appearance throughout hotel.
On the second day we left our room at 10 am and returned at 10:30 pm to find the door on our room open. When we told the General Manager about the situation she was very indifferent.

no pool it was closed
The cleanliness wasn't great hair all over the shower the pool was out of order with no warning,we booked because it had a pool so we had very upset kids that there was no pool. The smell threw the hotel wasn't great. Had cops outside our window late due to homeless people sleeping the rooms were hot even the ac on and having to open the window. The ventilation in bathroom sucks the bathroom would get so extremely hot taking a 5 minute shower.

The girl (in glasses, checked is in) who seemed to work there 24/7. She took care of our concerns and actually seemed to care. She was great!
The unchecked noise. Kids running up and down the halls. People screaming and partying into the night. The SMART TV wasn't smart at all.
They served the same thing for breakfast every single day. Biscuits and gravy.
Super clean, excellent staff, fast WiFi, breakfast, rooms are tucked in the hotel and don’t overlook the outside which felt private and safe.
