Smelled clean, kept clean, newly updated
Our bathroom door wouldnt shut, the doorknob was broken and wouldn't allow to lock. The room stayed very warm, the thermostat was goofy to manage. All else was nice.
Staff was great, room was clean but internet and breakfast were sad at best.
It's close to the freeway so you vould hear traffic noise most of the time.
Staff was very helpful & kind.
Phone didn't work, toilet ran all night & very noisy neighbors until well past 11pm.

Main issues here is just the overall atmosphere is dingy and smelly and sketchy.
3 of 3 rooms reeked of smoke covered up by air fresheners.
Staff were great but understaffed. 1 person handled everything from front desk to breakfast to requests.
It took 45 minutes to check in.
Overall disappointing and only like 10$ cheaper than nearby holiday inn.
Staff was great, room and common areas were clean!!!
