Demand newer wing or you'll be put in a smelly old room without air conditioning

Cons:

Old building, Old room, the ventilation is useless, poor sound proofing, street noises all night, not worth 200 euro. Pillows are rock hard

とにかく立地が便利。昔ながらのヨーロピアンスタイルということで、ほかは目をつぶる。

ロケーションが最高に便利！ツインがあるのも、バスタブ付きなのも最高でした。水回り問題無し。

Cons:

エアコンがない。送風機はあるが、外が寒いのに部屋の中は蒸し暑い。冷蔵庫もないので、ベルギーチョコを買っても部屋に置いておけない事態になった。
また初日はWi-Fiが完全に故障で使えず。
Safety Boxが部屋になく、事務所裏の金庫預かりになるのは今の時代もしかしてかえって安心なのかも。

Гарний готель з хорошим персоналом за розумні кошти
Pros:

За свою ціну готель нормальний,як писали до цього,щось трішки потребує ремонту, а так все чисто, матраци та подушки комфортні, білизна чиста.Персонал привітний, прибирання кожен день. На сніданок не так багато вибору,але все смачно. Не проблема, але двохмісний номер з одномісними ліжками,але по суті вони стоять один до одного і роздвинути ти не можеш бо там тумби. З одного боку гарне розташування.Біля готелю дві торговельні вулиці, ТЦ та станція метро, до центру міста зовсім близько. З іншого,якщо хочеться спокою то це буде проблемою. Ще великий плюс холодильник та чайник у номері.

Cons:

Готель знаходиться біля двох жвавих вулиць і якщо вікна виходять на вулицю то постійно гучно. Wi-fi не працював 4 дні з 5.

Perfekte Lage und angenehme Zimmer, aber nur für lärmresistente Mieter geeignet.
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt neben einer U-Bahn-Station, einem schönen botanischen Garten, einem Einkaufszentrum und einer Shopping-Straße, die direkt zum historischen Markt führt - alles in 3-15 Minuten erlaufbar.

Das Personal war freundlich und professionell, die Reinigungskräfte kamen täglich.

Das Bett und die Zimmereinrichtung war generell angemessen, ein Bonus war die vorhandene Badewanne.

Cons:

Leider ist die Location - so vorteilhaft sie auch ist - sehr laut, auch nachts. Wer bei Lärm schlecht schlafen kann, ist hier leider nicht gut aufgehoben.

Miejsce blisko stacja metra jak i okoliczne sklepy

Cons:

Stan pokoju. Cieknący czajnik. Stan łazienki. Mrugające światło. W kontaktach pojawiał się płomień przy podłączaniu.

Pros:

Location! Metro and train station around the corner. Easy to find and lots of things to do around the hotel. Main attractions are only walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Staff were very nice as well.

Cons:

Our room was very hot when we entered. There is not air conditioner installed as the property is quite old. A small portable air conditioner was provided in the room but it didn't do much unless you open the window first and let the cold fresh in first (luckly it was chilly during our stay so it helped a lot). But during the night it would get hot again in the room but it was manageable.

Fantastic location and comfortable hotel
Pros:

A really fantastic location in central Brussels just across the road from the Rogier station. Exactly as described - a great place to rest for the night. It is an old fashioned hotel, and therefore is old fashioned in style but this wasn't an issue for me. As others note though the reception is open 24 hours the door does close and you have to ring the bell after a certain time. However as a local noted to me this is to keep unwanted visitors out of the hotel, so is a great safety measure.
