Pros:

The atmosphere and the staff were all fantastic, will definitely return!

Cons:

The extra fees I wasn't aware about. But other than that I highly recommend. Place was very clean and didn't smell like some hotels do.

Had gone downhill a bit
Pros:

Secured parking but it is extra. Good location, very good staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed and smart TV.

Cons:

It needs maintenance. Been there 2x in a week and have noticed problems in room each time. Fridge wasn't working this time and door handle was very hard to turn. The room needs a deep clean with attention given to wall above headboard. I stayed there a lot 2 years ago when I had to go radiation everyday and it was in much better shape then

Modern, friendly staff, and convenient location.

Cons:

First, the AC was broken in our room. While the manager was very accommodating and put us in another room, our initial night was pretty uncomfortable. Water in the sinks did not get hot in either room we were in. The shower did get hot eventually. Staff advised us this was a known issue in rooms on the 4th floor. The body wash shower containers were also empty in both rooms. Breakfast ran out quickly, and was not well-managed by the kitchen staff. The garbage can was overflowing, coffee was completely out, and the milk was curdled because the fridge wasn’t working properly. The folks at the front desk were service-oriented, however, appears the staff is over-extended and unable to keep up with the demands of this hotel, which appears to have several maintenance issues, amongst other things.

Such a kind staff have never had this good of service where they were proactively checking in on our family when they would see us in the hall asking how our stay is and if there is anything they could do better

Cons:

Parking is not the easiest but there is another lot that made it at lot easier

Safe, comfortable stay for the night before surgery at a nearby hospital.
Pros:

The property is downtown in a city environment. It has a closed parking lot and entrance. The desk clerks were helpful and flexible. Strawberry (desk clerk) helped us with parking and check-in. She anticipated our needs and was ready with answers. She “owns” her job!

Cons:

I cannot think of anything that wasn’t up to par during our stay. We would choose that hotel again.

Our stay was comfortable-room was very large with ample storage and staff was excellent.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional, very helpful. Interacted with several different members of your staff. They were so friendly and very helpful when we needed assistance.

Cons:

Really had no issues at all. Facility was very clean-underground parking was a big bonus especially since it was raining.

Perfect stay for our family with super nice staff.
Pros:

Staff was so helpful and kind! The room was great for what we needed!

Cons:

The breakfast was a little lacking in my opinion. We would come down by 8 and not a lot left and if we asked the staff said what was out was what we had. When we went to the desk though they were so helpful and got us some milk for our little guy and made his day!
