It was a nice hotel in a good location the best part was Maddie J at the front desk who did all she could above and beyond to make our stay comfortable despite not having the room we booked available.
We booked a 2 queen with a couch but were given a King and a couch. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! My confirmed booking showed 2 Queens and couch. My grandson ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. My reservation clearly showed 4 people - all adults no children. Very unhappy with Booking.com In the future will not use Booking.com
The environment of this establishment was top-tier! Booking.com had messed up the reservation but the property manager was able to make things works. Bless up to Thomas!
The parking is a little tough, but manageable..
Fraudulently charged my card fr $350 more than the nightly rate of $162. Currently its under review and investigation after I bought it to the front desks attention. She hung upon me 4 times. I had to escalate the charge to corporate.
Staff is extremely rude. Charged my Card $500 for one night stay.
Our stay was pleasant. ALL staff was great/ friendly. The pool was clean! Breakfast was great, it was Labor Day Weekend, the lady working breakfast did a great job. Alot of people came and took/threw away alot of food, but she was On it. making sure everyone had food/and things were stocked until closing time!
I requested a crib, ( the first one didn't stay up), but the staff helped us get one that worked perfectly. I appreciated the assistance/ customer service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family.
I don't know if the Fire pit was not working or if we didn't know how to turn it on.. ?? That was kind of a bummer.

Pool too small and we went to the breakfast 8:30 and was empty of food.

Beautiful room, large and spacious for 5 of us.
Some aspects of the room were dirty. Chewing gum in a place that wasn't cleaned often. A large dirt spot on the showere curtain.
