I would stay a diffent hotel next time.

The room was decent size.

Parking was horrible, breakfast was disappointing, the room was dirty. The mattress had pee stains and the bathroom door wouldn't lock.

We love Kansas City!
Pros:

Staying here was delightful from the beginning. A few details that stood out to me;

- sound between rooms was low to none
- property was very up kept and attended to
- representatives for business were top tier

Cons:

Staying here was very pleasurable and I am more than satisfied with the services provided, I have already decided I would love to come visit this area in the future if life allows and I won't look anywhere different to call home for a few days! A few things that could be improved are as follows;

- the amount of people and time used for cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, laundering and caring to all aspects of cleanliness which isn't any task to take lightly 😁 (especially in a place that is very popular with heavy use). While most of the rooms basics and beyond were very clean and ready for customer, several things throughout the property are in need of special attention (deep clean).

Excellent stay will definitely comeback!
Pros:

Everything! From the Lobby, front desk staff, smell and cleanliness of the room up to the free breakfast it was excellent! The best stay ever!!!

Cons:

Parking fee but then it balanced the whole stay experience.

Springhill on 45th Madison
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and cozy. I will be returning whenever I can.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't like was the parking. I got lucky to park on the top level. I didn't leave at night cause I didn't want to lose my spot and have to park underground in the garage cause I'm afraid of underground garages.

Very comfortable and look forward to my next time.
Pros:

I always like SpringHill Suites, love the large rooms.

Cons:

My only problem was the weekend staff that were doing the breakfast they were not as diligent on making sure things were refilled, and not as friendly as the amazing gal who was working during the week.
