Well located, good value hotel
Pros:

Location. Facilities. Staff

Cons:

Connecting door, to next room. On second night, the other room was occupied and I could hear everything the couple where saying.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Great breakfast. The hotel is under renovation but I believe it would be amazing once they finished. Our room was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated! Loved it!

I’d come back.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional. I had a very specific and unusual request and they were super accommodating.

Cons:

Visited while under renovations, so the air was a bit dusty. However, rooms were very clean.

Enjoyed our stay, great rooms!
Pros:

The room was beautiful, very clean, had a comfortable bed, nice decor. Very close to Notre Dame.

Cons:

Hotel was under some renovation, I didn’t know this when we booked. Made me nervous when we first arrived, but it turned out ok. I thought it was a little pricey for looking messy.

No, should have been closed
Pros:

While the hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating, the complete disarray with the lobby and basically walking into a messy/dirty construction site was not what we were expecting. The hotel should have been closed for the renovation. Though the rooms were clean, the renovation was a basic facelift and the old A/C units barely provide cold and are obnoxiously noisy, the pillows lumpy and this just was not a pleasant hotel stay.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Beautiful room! Excellent customer service! Breakfast was so good! Lots of food options to choose. Walking distance from Notre Dame. Restaurant are close and a good amount to choose from. Check in was super easy and staff so friendly and helpful!
