Fool me once...
Pros:

Did not know it was under construction. Smelled like paint in our room. Sauna was "out of order". Sauna and breakfast was a main reason for us picking the Inn. Both were bad experiences. I know your response will be that you have the construction listed on your website, but it's NOT on any of the booking sites that most people use. DO BETTER!

Surge Pricing for hotels at its best.
Pros:

The price changed at least four times. The priced dropped to about half of I what I paid while we were staying there. Very disappointing.

Surprised by annoying renovations
Pros:

We were not informed about the hotel renovations when we booked our hotel or prior to our stay. The renovations were noisy and made the hotel claustrophobic and chaotic.

A business stay turned future casual customer
Pros:

My recent stay at The Inn at Saint Mary’s was spacious and comfortable. The customer experience is obviously center mind of those who run the show.

Nice place but bad reservation policies.
Pros:

When we stayed there is was nice with no problems, clean. But their customer service is not good. I never got a confirmation for booking, so I booked two rooms which I did not need and they did not refund. Thought it was my mistake and I did like the place so I tried to book for an upcoming trip and called to make sure I was confirmed because I didn't get a confirmation email after several weeks and was told to call back later because the person I called could not help me. Very sad because it was a nice place but whoever they had at the time I called answering the phone was bad. I'll have to check my banking account to see if I was charged. Beware.

Very pleasant all around.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Workout room with bathrooms, shower and sauna was very accommodating

Cons:

Need a phone number for lost and found. Wedding ring left in room but having trouble getting anyone to talk to that can help.

Cons:

We go locked out of our room, had to go down to receptionist who said first pull up on handle and then down. Would suggest fixing the door handle and lock so this doesn't happen.

We were charged $50 more than agreed on rate. Receptionist said this was for incidentals. All hotels do this now. It's a pain. I know it comes off at the end, but can be confusing when the credit card amount comes up for $50 more than it should be. We needed that explained better.

I am so glad to have found this awesome Hotel. This will now be our place to stay in South Bend
Pros:

While I did not eat the complimentary breakfast, (I don't eat during the morning hours), it looked delicious and my wife really enjoyed it. We ate at the on-site restaurant Sun. evening, and the food was delicious. We had drinks at the bar both nights of our stay and got to meet the beverage manager Hannah, who happened to be bartending Sun. evening and was very friendly.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything that needed improvement

Great!!!
Pros:

We really enjoyed having dinner at the Bistro and the use of the bikes was so fun to ride around the campus on a nice night. Housekeeping staff was super friendly and front desk staff very helpful. Rooms were very clean.

It was over priced
Pros:

Was looking forward to the biscuits and gravy but they do not have them on weekends.

Cons:

Only thing left in the fresh fruit bowl was great fruit and a few grapes ! The oatmeal was empty
