The suits look just like the pictures!
The location is awesome, super close to all the tourist spots, and there are lots of shops and supermarkets in the area.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. They helped us with our bags and didn’t ask for tips at all. I even had them call a taxi driver for me and talk on my behalf, although they didn’t actually arrange the taxi.
Room service made things super convenient. We just asked for it when we left the apartment, and they were always friendly and flexible. They restocked our coffee and tea, and gave us fresh water bottles every time.
Plus, the rooms are really clean!
Make sure to talk to the staff on your first day to make sure the room matches your expectations.
We ran into a few hiccups: there was no microwave (!), some of the wardrobe hangers were broken and needed replacing, and we didn't have a sponge for washing dishes. On the bright side, the staff will bring these things to you right away.
The view from our room wasn't anything to write home about. To be fair, it wasn't mentioned that it would be great either, and given the busy area, that makes sense.
Some of the cabinets in the kitchen and living room need repair.
Also, the air conditioners are pretty old. They’re not too noisy, but they don’t cool that well. During our stay, the hottest it got was around 26 degrees, which was manageable, but I worry they might not cut it when the summer really heats up.

تعاملهم جداً جداً ممتازين الموظفين ويتحدثون عربي ويساعدونك بكل شي ومحترمين جداً ، الموقع جميل وقريب من الخدمات الاساسيه ، النظافه جداً ممتازه ، حجم الغرف كان صغيره لكن الصراحه مقارنه بالسعر والموقع اشوف انها مناسبه جداً وعمليه ، طبعاً انا عائله مع اطفال ، كان يهمني نظافه وامان وتعامل جيد وسعر ووجدتها ولله الحمد ، راسلتهم قبل اجي واحتاج افياش ومغاسل للملابس وكوايه ويتابعون الرسائل ويتواصلون معي ويوفرون كل شي الله يعطيهم العافيه 💚💚

Clean and very cozy apartment! Tea and coffee are in the room, as well as two towels per person and linen! The quality of the room is perfect for the money!
Nothing critical, only a small advice to change the side of the fridge opening if it is possible. But of course it doesn't really matter

Poor staff. Bathroom leakage. Did nothing to fix it. Would not recommend at all. Had to check out early and lose money for 3 nights

الموقع ممتاز و الغرفه واسعه وتنفع للعوائل اللي يجون عدد ويبون مكان واسع ومطبخ.. الخ

Location is excellent, everything is walking distance from you, a supermarket and mini market is nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful especially Ameer the prince
Reception are Arab which is a big plus
No parking and entrance is not stroll friendly (you need to carry them as there are no ramps)
