Overall great stay, would stay again
Pros:

Convenient location, close to restaurants and stores. The outside seating area was nice. Highly recommend visiting the Cancun restaurant next door. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

If you have difficulty with stairs, request a ground floor room, no ramp or elevator.

Pros:

The location.

Cons:

I had to use the side entrance and there was a car with some shady people just sitting there and it made me feel uncomfortable and very unsafe. I got to my room and it smelled musty. It looked clean, but it didn't smell clean. I was unable to sleep checking to make sure my car was ok. The bed was ok comfortable, but honestly I will never stay here again.

Pros:

Our room was cleaned, staff made sure to keep clean towels for us and we're polite and accommodating.

Cons:

At times it was difficult to find staff, and the breakfast options were very limited. Our AC also didn't work very well. :/ Our bed was also really hard. I like a firm mattress, but not quite that firm.

Not bad but disappointed
Pros:

Came there to visit my grandson since they had a pool i wanted to take him swimming and was told that I would have to pay extra for him to swim. I've been traveling and using hotels for years and never had to pay for him to swim ever.

Cons:

Let a maximum of 2 guests of guests to use pool with family

We would stay again for a weekend trip. Close to restaurants.
Pros:

The breakfast was basic. My son loved the waffle maker. There were no flavored creamers for the coffee. So, I drank milk.
I loved the fact that there was a recycle can in the room and breakfast area. The pool was clean and not so cold.

Cons:

The towels in the pool area were way too small.

Pros:

When I asking for more then to towels for my girlfriend to do her hair the lady which is the owner? I would not give them Jimmy, for some reason. Every hotel that I have ever been to in my entire life. I always got extra towels. Just very rude and inconsiderate of other people.

Cons:

Her being rude. I am not allowing us to get towels. After I paid $200 for a room to stay for 2 nights and took out a $100 deposit that I still haven't got back on my card yet. And it's been 3 days

Cons:

The lock on the door didnt work. No elevator. The door to the second floor needs to be removed. There wasnt enough room to open the door and get your suit cases thru the door. There was a terrible smell in the hallway on the second floor.

Pros:

Everything was fine. Nice at desk, clean no problems with anything at all except deposit

Cons:

We were there just a few hours, I even picked up and wiped down the counters. Absolutely no mess at all. Checked out on line early the next morning. And they kept my deposit!!
