Pros:

The location and cleanliness.

Cons:

PARKING!!!! Plus, the lack of carts for luggage. Breakfast not being included is also a big issue.

Room 1007 has no heat or air. The wall and main room units did not work, and it was freezing outside. The room was so cold.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

This hotel is a VERY pleasant surprise. It is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly, it's centrally located downtown in an area that is gentrifying but very safe to walk to. There was a farmers market on a block away on the Saturday i was there that I stumbled over. A new ice cream shop with homemade ice cream is two blocks away and the best ice cream I've ever had. It's called Buzzed Bull Creamery and it's expensive but worth every penny. A funky gallery featuring 80 hometown artists is a few steps down. The only negative is there was no publiclty at the hotel about the farmers market etc. so perhaps the local vendors need to go introduce themselves to the staff and drop off flyers. Mattress was high quality, sheets high quality, rooms clean, staff fantastic, just a great experience.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet woudl be nice but was not available and of course, no parking.

Staff were very accommodating. The area is close to several things. Very nice hotel. I could say this was a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

Their business area could use a lot of help and the staff understand how that area works. We couldn't get paper, then it wouldn't print, and no one knew where to get anything from or what to do about the printer not working. They have high traffic for cruisers. I needed an important paper for work, but cruisers sometimes need a tag.
