Demote the front desk lady on 6/4/2026 at 9:00pm to humble her and learn customer service all over again.

Front desk lady on 6/4/2026 9:00pm was EXTREMELY rude. I paid for a bedroom with breakfast included for my family of 4. The kids were free. When we arrived she gave my husband a hard time and only provided one coupon for one child. I was not going to eat in front my child let alone pay an additional 30 dollars when it was supposed to be provided. After we checked in my in laws of 5 checked in. 3 were elderly. They needed two rooms with two beds in each with breakfast included. They decided not to do breakfast since she was going to charge them 450 without it. She gave them a room with a king size bed and the other room only had a Sofa bed. So our grandmother had nowhere to sleep, we made room for her in our room so she didn’t have to sleep in a chair. She was not interested in helping and she obviously did not care. Not someone you want at front desk greeting people who just traveled 15 hours. My family is now convinced that she acted this way since we are Hispanic. The view was beautiful and beds were comfortable! But she most definitely ruined this entire stay for us that we could not appreciate it. I filed for a refund on the breakfast I paid for AND they asked for my card info, pulled 50 dollars and have not put that back in my account

The location was convenient but room cleanliness is needed.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast, the location was good. Close to the Cathedral event I was attending.

Cons:

The room cleanliness could be better. There were fruit flies/ knats in the room.

There was a HUGE spider in my window on the 17th floor. A bunch of dead lady bugs in the window seal.
Other than that it wasn’t bad at all.

Pros:

Op loopafstand van het centrum, verder rustig gelegen, hogere etages hebben leuk uitzicht over stad en rivier

Cons:

Gedateerd hotel, versleten vloerbedekking, links en rechts is onderhoud nodig, maar met je ogen dicht in bed heb je daar verder geen last van. Klein bureautje op de kamer en geen schoonmaak

Excellent property looking forward to staying here again.
Pros:

Good food for breakfast. Serving pans were being refilled with fresh food as patrons were emptying the pans. Drinks like coffee and tea were plentiful and hot. Staff was courteous and friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Pros:

Very clean inside and out! Staff were excellent! Rooms view was towards the Mobile terminal for cruise boats when I booked explained we were going on cruise and had booked a room at another hotel that needs to be torn down. Had an allergic reaction to the room as soon as I walked into it (moldy,musty smell) no cable and door lock cover kept falling off and no maintenance for months!!

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast for the price we paid! Ice machines was out on several floors!

Just a one-night stay prior to getting on the cruise ship.
Pros:

The check-in & check-out processes were great! The people working the front desk were very helpful.

Cons:

We really didn't like that we had to leave the hotel to get breakfast. I wish we had known that ahead of time.
