Excellent property looking forward to staying here again.
Pros:

Good food for breakfast. Serving pans were being refilled with fresh food as patrons were emptying the pans. Drinks like coffee and tea were plentiful and hot. Staff was courteous and friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Pros:

Very clean inside and out! Staff were excellent! Rooms view was towards the Mobile terminal for cruise boats when I booked explained we were going on cruise and had booked a room at another hotel that needs to be torn down. Had an allergic reaction to the room as soon as I walked into it (moldy,musty smell) no cable and door lock cover kept falling off and no maintenance for months!!

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast for the price we paid! Ice machines was out on several floors!

Just a one-night stay prior to getting on the cruise ship.
Pros:

The check-in & check-out processes were great! The people working the front desk were very helpful.

Cons:

We really didn't like that we had to leave the hotel to get breakfast. I wish we had known that ahead of time.

Friendly, comfortable and try the Gumbo
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and staff. Due to we were very busy with sports, I was unable to go get gumbo what I love when I come to Mobile. Little did I know, the restaurant in the hotel had gumbo and it was best I’ve tasted. The waiter in the restaurant was so polite. All the staffs were properly groomed and great personality. This will be my come to hotel in the future. With all the sports we had going on, we were unable to explore Mobile. However, the museum right next door was a great place to see.

Cons:

Lack of parking was a very big and my only issue. I thought it was free breakfast but that me reading it wrong
