Comfortable and convenient stay at the Park Lane Suites.
Pros:

We had a king suite on the fifth floor and enjoyed the view of treetops through the windows. The windows were large and opened easily. The suite had a good floor plan, and the kitchenette was well equipped. We appreciated the coffee, juice, oatmeal, apples, and cookies that were available each day. The location is convenient with several restaurants and a large grocery store within walking distance. The public transit stops are nearby.

Cons:

While the suite was clean overall, more attention could be given to the baseboards and crevices around floors - especially the bathroom. The edges of the box springs were exposed - a bed skirt would be a nice touch.

Perfect for a 2 night stay near lots of things to do!
Pros:

Proximity to things to do, staff was so nice and welcoming, water bottles provided, free admission to the Japanese Gardens, warm cookies daily

Tiene de todo. Incluye gratis entradas al Japanese Garden.
Pros:

Parque Washington a 20 minutos andando. Ideal para ir con los niños. Entradas gratis para el jardín japones. Ya pensábamos visitarlo y nos ahorramos los 20$ por persona que cuesta la entrada.
El parque Washington tiene autobús gratis, en la foto pongo el itinerario.
Fruta, galletas, café e infusiones de cortesía por las mañanas.
El apartamento es amplio y tiene de todo excepto lavadora (luces de lectura de cama, microondas, vajilla, lavavajillas, pastilla de lavavajillas, microondas, vitrocerámica...).
Personal muy amable.
Zona relativamente segura. Aunque hay unos pocos homeless, en el downtown de Portland hay muchísimos más.
A 4 minutos andando, supermercado de comida preparada, y restaurante vietnamita cercano en el que por unos 15$ quedas satisfecho.
A 8 minutos andando, panadería.
Supermercadoa 4 minutos andando

Cons:

Sólo le falta lavadora.
El aparcamiento en las calles que rodean al hotel está limitado a 90 minutos o 2 horas. Cuando el hotel está lleno es probable que el parking también lo esté, en ese caso ofrecen aparcamiento en un centro de la universidad y tienes que recoger el coche antes de las 9h. Pero si es fin de semana, en la calle es gratis hasta las 13h (adjunto señal de la calle).
Hay homeless pero muchos menos que en el centro de Portland. En el centro de Portland vi de día más homeless que gente normal. Alrededor del Park Suites hay más gente normal que homeless.

Good location near one of Portland's great neighborhoods; large suite with good kitchen.
Pros:

Great suite. Full mini-kitchen. 4th floor is the best [they have an elevator]. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. About 4 blocks from 21st St neighborhood with interesting restaurants and Trader Joe's.
