I thought the staff members were terrific and the room was a great value for the money.
Pros:

The location is perfect. One can stroll in the historic King$ Hill neighborhood and go into the beautiful Washington Park.

Cons:

Some of the other guests were speaking loudly as my room was near the elevator and stairwell. Perhaps the judicious placing of signs reminding all to observe silence is in order. Small nitpick: the ottoman in my room was missing a foot, so ir was wobbly. Little things like this can make a space feel less than awesome.

Honestly idk if the water was free but was the best thing cause was super hot outside that save us

Location is good and staff were nice, but that’s about it.
Pros:

The front desk ladies were very nice. The location was nice because it was only a mile away from the venue of a show we went to see. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The room I booked said it was inside the main building but it was not. We were in a separate motel building, and the metal stairs leading up to the second floor (where our room was) were pretty terrifying. The humidity in the room was AWFUL. I’m not sure if it was the AC unit causing the humidity or what, but there was condensation in many places because of it, and made everything feel ‘sticky’, including the bedding which was the worst part. The toilet was very loud and made noises constantly, when not even being used. The beds are extremely firm, like laying a blanket on their tile flooring and sleeping on it would be equivalent to the firmness of the beds. The floor was dirty and my young child found an insulin syringe cap near the bed (yikes). The parking situation isn’t great and the lots are very hard to maneuver your vehicle through. Overall, I felt the pictures and reviews were misleading. Not at all what I expected. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t the worst I suppose.

Give me a place for Spiritual reflection
Pros:

Above my expectations staff were wonderful

Not being able to stay a couple of days to get more out of the experiments hoping to return this fall for more of the hospitality

Pros:

Its a great location. Walking distance to 23rd st shops, the Japanese Garden and Downtown. The staff was very helpful and easy going.

Cons:

Its just a little dated. Besides that it was a great stay.

Great location.

Lovely place in a very nice location
Pros:

Staff was lovely! The room was basic but spacious with good lighting and a comfortable bed. The free parking was immensely helpful and the location was very quiet and pleasant! (If you're okay with a bit of a stroll, downtown is within walking distance, but there are also many nice cafes and restaurants just down the street that we enjoyed exploring if dt is too far)

Cons:

Parking's a bit of a headache if you're trying to get into the lots late at night or in the narrow lot behind the inn, but there's an overflow lot just a few steps away that was never too full! Room could've been cleaner but for the price and the quality of the space, it wasn't a huge deal for us.
