Convenient, comfortable, and cozy!
Pros:

Great location within West Portland; close to Washington Park (beware of the steep incline if walking there). Quiet rooms, great and kind staff, convenient parking, and close to a bus stop. I also love the fact that they have free tickets for the Japanese garden if it interests you!

Cons:

The suite we stayed in does not have an AC unit in the bedroom, the only one was by the front door/window, so airflow into the bedroom was limited. It left us hot and sweating all night, even though the unit was set on high fan and at a lower temperature we would usually have the AC at.

good location

Cons:

I assume the main building suites are nice, but unfortunately we stayed at the other part of the hotel across the road and it was the most miserable stay of our lives. Walls are paper thin, even with bulletproof earplugs I could feel the building shaking and echoing all the sounds. Felt extremely unsafe and the bed was also squeaky.
