Would definitely stay again. :)
Pros:

Location and the lady that checked us in was really great. Upgraded us to 2 beds at no charge.

Cons:

We thought there was an onsite restaurant and bar.

Clean, comfortable, would stay again
Pros:

The staff at the front desk was lovely, professional & helpful. While it doesn’t seem like there is a lot of parking when you check in, they have additional lots to accommodate. The room itself was nice & the bed was comfortable. The neighbourhood also felt fairly wiry & safe overall.

Cons:

My room was on the end of the complex, so I did find some people outside late at night woke me up being loud, but I’m also just quite a light sleeper. Otherwise, there wasn’t much for additional noise!

We definitely will stay again when in Portland.
Pros:

The rooms are terrific with plenty of space and a very convenient kitchenette. This was our third stay there while having a medical procedure at OHSU. This property is perfect for our needs.

Cons:

The only thing I would change is the mattresses.

Excellent location and good value for money!
Pros:

The location and most of the staff; a couple were not helpful about the wifi, which was glitching.

Cons:

The bed wasn't that comfortable; it would have been nice to have a kettle.

Pros:

This was the neighborhood I lived in when I lived in Portland and I love the Old School Portland that Park Lane Suites & Inn offers. The location, large comfortable suite with kitchen, FREE parking, price and value. On sight staff were friendly and helpful.

Coming back for this next appt
Pros:

We stayed in the 2 room suite. It was perfect as me and my husband are separated but wanted to be together to help our son after having eye surgery. It nice to together but have our own space. The room had a great view from the Livingroom and kitchen. Fullly stocked. Plenty of towels and space.

Cons:

It wasnt the cleanest room but I always expect that and it wasnt a deal breaker for us.

Park Lane was perfect!
Pros:

Staff was helpful with information about public transportation only about a block from Burnside bus line, and as I returned from an event at Moda Center, the light rail stop near Pioneer Park was less than a ten minute walk back to my room. Nice quality bedding and table and chairs comfort.

Cons:

Parking slots, especially on the main hillside parking lot were very narrow and challenging. Once I got my room I had nearly flat parking at my ground floor door. The property has multiple buildings and parking lots.

Friendly staff and perfect location.
Pros:

Great location close to Japanese garden and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking free, complementary tickets to the garden, and a great food market nearby. Nice lounge with coffee and a cute little outdoor space for sitting.

Pros:

The beds are AMAZING... I really liked that there was free parking and it was a lot not on the street which if you know Portland that's HARD to find... Check Inn was seamless as well, and they are super accommodating if you got into town earlier and wanna check inn. I do like that house keeping just completely leaves you alone for the first 3 days then will ask to turn down the room for you.

Cons:

I didnt enjoy that we were across the street from the main hotel that makes getting any coffee or cookies that are offered very time consuming. Also the ice machine was out so in order to get ice you'd have to cross the street go to the main hotel go down to the basement of the main hotel get your ice and reverse the steps, which was not communicated at check inn. Also in the bathroom of our room you can tell that even though there's a fan in there, there's no good curtulation because the ceilings peeling and bubbling and there's discoloration running down the walls. Also we were on a first floor where the windows didnt lock well they look like they do but you can tug on the window hard n it'll slide.

Great value apartment in an excellent location.
Pros:

Spacious living area and comfortable bedroom. Nice little kitchen with microwave, cooktop & dishwasher. Oatmeal, coffee & juice provided. Tea, coffee, cookies & apples provided at reception. Lovely outlook over trees and Portland homes and buildings. Great location close to many restaurants & shops.

Cons:

Nothing. Humble from the outside but very nice apartment.

Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be. Very little street noise. Bed was clean and the sheets soft. Off street parking is available.

Cons:

There was hair in the shower. Trouble with hairdryer. The mattress had seen better days — maybe they will replace them soon? We got back to our room late and had to use the overflow parking lot which was a couple blocks away. Slept without the heating/cooling on because it was loud. Footsteps from the room above us were loud and clear — luckily they settled in earlier than we did.

Generator came on at 4am and was so loud it woke us up, if you keep all your windows closed it's no big deal tho
