Great place!
Pros:

We stayed in a suite. I highly recommend it! It’s well appointed and very comfortable. Would be excellent for a long stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a very walkable area and we felt quite safe. The only caveat: the building with the lobby and the suites is on a steep hill and there’s only one handicap parking spot, so if hills are a problem be sure to talk to them about it. I’m sure they’ll accommodate you. The building with the regular rooms is on the flat, but it’s 2 stories with no elevator.
Loved it and would definitely come back!

Pros:

Location was perfect, just enough away from the craziness of downtown but close enough driving or taxi anywhere isnt difficult to obtain

Cons:

Parking was a bit difficult back parking lot is so tiny and hard to get out of easily. not enough parking when we returned from our dinner outing

It was an excellent stay.
Pros:

I love that it was in a great location. Room was clean bed was comfortable and it had some of the best pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Cons:

That the furniture and maybe the bathroom could have a little more updates

The size of the room was bigger then expected I loved the extra stuff they put in our room for our stay water, juice, oatmeal it was very nice!

Location was great, neighbor was fantastic, really close to food and the down town area

Cons:

Parking situation there is pretty bad if you have a full size truck or if you check in late. They don't have enough parking and most of the stalls are difficult to park in and small even for a small to normal sized car.

Staff is always great, and the location is perfect for a variety of trips.

Cons:

Sometimes parking is full, and you have to drive around for a while or park further, but it is free so you can’t complain a whole lot.

Pros:

Garrett takes care of folks visiting Park Lane. The staff has always been courteous and accomodating. The rooms are clean and well-kept. I have enjoyed each visit.

Convenient, great value, already looking forward to our next stay.
Pros:

We loved how convenient the location was. We were a short walk to public transit and great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and had helpful tips.

Cons:

The room got quite cold at night, even with the heat fully cranked up. Next time I’ll plan to bring warmer pajamas. I also wish that the shower had better water pressure. However, both points are my personal preference.

Not bad for the value.
Pros:

Great location, great price, friendly helpful staff. Free parking.

Cons:

More inconveniences during my stay, ice machine was down and I just didn’t have the energy to go across the street to the lobby and then the basement to get ice. Then when I went to take my shower, I couldn’t get water pressure when running warm/hot water, when you’d turn the handle to make the water warm the pressure would dissipate. Still a great place.

I would stay here again, especially for the ease of access to NW 23rd. The advertised included parking is misleading.
Pros:

The room was spacious and felt like an apartment. Excellent location within walking distance to Powell’s Books, Portland State University, and NW 23rd. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Parking was cramped and very limited. I had to park on the street overnight.

Park Lane Suites is a classic place in the area. I have stayed there many times and love the location and ease of access. Simple, basic, clean and friendly. The staff and the location were perfect for me. I will be back on my next visit.
