Great
Pros:

I love the little kitchen and is spacious

Cons:

Our room smelled like marijuana but the put a ozone spray in there and it did the trick

Overall good, but with room for improvement.
Pros:

Spacious, clean suite with lots of storage. Kitchen was minimal & I was surprised to find it does not have a stovetop or oven. Cooktops & pans are available at the front desk to borrow, which worked well, but they only had a large saucepan & no spatulas. Staff was friendly & helpful. Pool was unheated, which was a bit too chilly for the adults but kid didn't care of course. Breakfast had lots of options, but the only safe gluten free food safe from cross contamination risks was a banana. The location is near lots of prime shopping areas and felt like a pretty safe area. There was some room-to-room sound transfer, but we seemed to have considerate neighbors. Was happy with the price for the overall value-- it was comfortable for a family of 3. Not perfect, but I would go here again.

The rooms, the breakfast, and most of the staff were excellent.

Cons:

Pros:

I really liked this hotel. Staff was very friendly and it was very clean. The room was amazing. We just stayed one night to fly out. Our next shopping trip to Appleton we will stay again. Little off the beaten path but 5 minutes from airport and 5 minutes from shopping. Well worth it.

It felt like home.
Pros:

It’s in a nice location. Staffs are very professional, treated us respectfully all through our stay. We all extended our stay due to the weather condition. I liked that using booking was very convenient, it confirmed our stay immediately and rooms were ready upon the check in arrived time.

It was home.
Pros:

Everything!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are professional and I liked the 24/7 service. There are always team members ready to assist in the front desk. We had a large group and they accommodated us well. They were calm even during times of the winter storm. We had a traditional ceremony funeral service for 3 day straight for my uncle in Appleton and the hotel was very welcoming and nice.

Spacious rooms, good free breakfast, and nice pool! Very clean, friendly staff, convenient location next to mall. Price point is great for what you are getting!

Had a great stay . The rooms were clean and tidy and were as described on the website .
Pros:

The staff were very kind and caring. Very clean and in order .Breakfast was excellent and fresh with very nice choices. Excellent location to multiple attractions.

Cons:

Not much to nothing to dislike.

The extra fee for using a debit card.....is blatantly excessive.
And stating that you won't see a credit for 30-60 days, is inexcusable.
