Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Holbrook

Aging and not well. Bare minimum Townes accommodation. Cockroach in the bathtub. Linoleum floor. Front desk closes at night. Cheap but not quite worth it.

Hot tub was a warm tub and I love a hot tub! Breakfast wasn’t much- waffle or yogurt or microwave a muffin.

Great room for pet friendly, very convenient for taking pet out. Very clean room, recently redecorated. Appropriate price. Good Continental Breakfast!
The only negative was our hubcaps were stolen off our pick-up truck during the night.
We didn't discover until we'd already gone several hundred miles. I did call back to report & got an apology.

The Receptionist was very professional and friendly. She really made me feel at home.
My room was spotless, and the bed was quite comfortable. The furniture was a little outdated but still adequate.
I would definitely stay here again.

For an older hotel, it is clean, well kept and staff is extremely friendly. My family stayed here before so I was comfortable staying as well.

From the outside, this hotel seemed kept up and clean. But, after we arrived, it was very evident it wasn't.
Running toilets, dirty bathroom, shower head just barely worked, low grade cleaning. Entrance was not kept up even to an average standard.
Clearly, there are not enough visitors in this region to maintain this hotel as it should be. I would not stay here again.

Beds nice and clean. Carpets not so much. We stayed only one night. Just passing thru.

The manager was very friendly, couteous & helpful. Room clean & attractive. The bed was SO comfortable!! Great breakfast spread.

Listing promised coffee in room. We are early risers who need our wake-up beverage before most continental breakfasts are set up. We verified with the desk clerk that there were indeed coffee makings in our room. There were -- IF you count two pods of decaff and two pods of herbal tea. When we went back to the desk to ask for pods of caffeinated coffee, the same clerk told us, mysteriously, that "we can't get them."

Other than that, the room was pleasant and quiet, the continental breakfast had some nice offerings, etc. But the false advertising and the strange inability even to procure something as common as coffee pods made us wonder if the hotel was going broke or something.

not very clean looks rundown.

The gentleman checking us in was great. First day on the job and I was his first customer, all went very good. We had everything thst we needed.

Room was clean, but very dark. Window didn’t have a privacy screen. No charging station, just one hidden wall plug. The sleeper sofa was broken. This was the most expensive hotel in the town, so I was expecting a lot more, but quite disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly, and our room was clean and quiet.

Used a travel booking for 2 rooms during a move. Was fairly cheap ~80dollars per room. When I arrived at 9pm the owner/manager told them they would not honor the deal “because we wouldn’t make enough with that deal”, and I would have to call to get a refund and find somewhere else to stay, or pay an additional 45dollars per room. It being nighttime after a 14hr drive, so we decided to just stay and deal with it later. I’ve stayed at super 8s built in the 70’s nicer than this hotel. 80 a night is borderline too much, let alone 130. A month later still dealing with them ignoring travel agencies calls for price gouging, and refusing to update their listed prices. Rude, greedy, gross, and overpriced. I’d rather sleep in my car and shower with a hose than give these people any money.

Nice hotel, nice staff, clean and convenient. This was a stop on a road trip for us and it met our needs just fine. Will stay again.

We would definitely stay here again! Even though short staffed, employees had smiles on their faces and took the time to answer any questions.

Everything was neat and clean. We loved the lobby decor.

Though we missed the eggs/sausage hot breakfast we’ve had in the past, it was great that they had egg/sausage biscuits that could be heated in the microwave.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice and very welcoming. They made us a new room key within the first 30 minutes we were there because we locked our first key card in the room. Our room smelled kind of closed up and stale and the bathroom doorknob was very loose but the room was clean. The hotel was close to the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert and that was definitely a plus. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we were in the area.

Floor was filthy, there was a food stain on comforter, the whole experience was not up to Wyndham chain of hotels.
