Pros:

El personal es profesional y educado. Falta detallar limpieza en general y renovar puertas de habitaciones con guardapolvo y mirilla. Para trabajar cerca es el mejor en ubicación Centro. Nunca supe si tiene agua caliente aunque no me hizo falta.

EL PRECIO ES ACEPTABLE, LO RIDICULO Y COCHINO O INDECENTE, ES QUE TE HACEN LA LIMPIEZA CADA 3 DIA, O SEA QUE TIENES QUE ESTAR CON LOS PAPELES DEL BAÑO EN TU HABITACION Y ARREGLAR TU MISMO LA CAMA, ACEPTO QUE ME INFORMARION QUE LA LIMPIEZA ES CADA 3 DIA, PERO PENSE QUE ERA EL CAMBIO DE ROPA DE CAMA Y DE TOALLAS QUE CASI TODOS LOS HOTELES LO HACEN ASI, PERO LA LIMPIEZA ESO NO ES FACTIBLE Y SE DICE SANITANIZADO

Muy mala atención a la hora de registrarnos. No tenían contemplada nuestra llegada y mientras esperamos que alguien pudiera dar solución y asignarnos las habitaciones, la recepcionista fue muy poco amable con nosotros.

No estuvo abierto el hotel
Pros:

Llegué y el hotel está cerrado, ya me toque todo cerrado, hable al hotel no estaba abierto, trate de hablar a hoteles.com uno me contestaron, batalle en encontrar otro hotel abierto, y deseo que me regresen mi deposito. Y por favor cuando oferten un hotel chequen que este abierto y no pase penumbras como uno
