A little noisy. We were warned about a band playing a few days before our arrival but noise went on later than stated. Breakfast was quite basic.

Very nice and clean accommodation, attentive staff and good food. Eating in the bar not so good.
Pros:

The room was very nice, very clean and very comfortable with an excellent shower. The staff very polite and attentive. Parking was easy and security cameras in place. The food was very nice.

Cons:

The bar eating area although not busy was very noisy and the language was colourful. This didn't make for a good dining experience to relax after a long day business trip. The bar staff didn't seem to see this as an issue but I imagine some customers might not appreciate it.

Comfortable and better than expected value for money.
Pros:

Rooms newly refurbished, fresh, clean and the on-suite was excellent.
Food provision in the restaurant was much better than I expected and reasonably priced (as evidenced by how many locals used it).
Having two EV chargers in the carpark was very useful.

Cons:

Breakfast was fine, but an earlier start time would have helped (07.30am was tricky as travel time meant I had to leave at 07.40am each day).
Some background noises did intrude in the room overnight, despite the best efforts of secondary glazing to keep them out.

A clean, friendly, comfortable and great value place to stay.
Pros:

We didn't have the breakfast because we left far too early but we did eat at the hotel and the food was exceptional - very tasty and lots of it as well as very good value. The staff were super polite and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. It was a very pleasant night's stay.

Cons:

A VERY minor thing, there was no electric shaver point in the room and we didn't have an adaptor plug so my husband didn't shave. No big deal, just a thing to consider. It will not stop me from returning - I've already booked the next stay in November.

Pros:

Good room with excellent bathroom also a nice comfortable bed, restaurant gives good size portions and of good quality and fair prices. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Location was next to Railway line and station and quite noisy until approx 11.00pm and starts up approx 6.00am in the morning. No mention of this on Booking.com.

Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Still some residual noise from private function in bar below on the Saturday night but still got good nights sleep and were warned in advance.
