Food was overcooked. Breakfast not appetising , pleased to have air conditioning in bedroom.
It was really nicely done, it was nice having the room door in the courtyard.
There was nothing wrong with the property.
What let it down was the breakfast.
My wife has a gluten and dairy intolerance. There was 1/3 of a loaf of frozen bread, no other butter or milk options, so the cereal was not an option either.
Maybe in future it would be a nice touch to ask of any allergies/ intolerances upon booking and ask of any breakfast they would like.
We had asked a few times if you catered for it and we were assured you did, you definitely do not.

vriendelijk personeel en prima diner gehad. We hadden wel een slechte nacht vanwege een hele harde brom in de AC om de 5 minuten. Wel prima opgelost door personeel door de nacht niet in rekening te brengen.
Ontbijt was ronduit slecht. Eigenlijk nog nooit zo een beperkte keuze meegemaakt. Geef er geen geld aan uit, ontbijt ergens buiten het hotel. Niks geen warme gerechten zoals een een eitje. De croissants kwamen volgend mij uit een kant en klare zak. Leek alsof het niet afgebakken was. Slecht. We hadden ook een slechte nacht vanwege een brom in de AC om de 5 minuten. Wel prima opgelost door personeel door de nacht niet in rekening te brengen.

Le lenzuola presentavano delle macchie gialle e purtroppo la reception era aperta fino alle 21 e non siamo riusciti a segnarlo o a farcele cambiare. Al nostro arrivo in camera era stato accesa l’aria condizionata a 16 gradi quando fuori faceva parecchio freddo e pioveva.
The position of the Frampton Arms was just right for us as it was close enough to our next destination .The room was light and airy and comfortable .
My only issue was the stairs to our room but i should have asked for a ground floor room .
It was all perfect. Staff were exceptional
Being really picky, there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels after use.
On paper the location looked like it could be noisey but it was very quiet, lovrky room, good food

Location was great for us. The Air Conditioning was a welcome bunus in the hot weather although a little noisy but worth it all the same. Lovely shower. Huge portions in the restaurant. Lovely breakfast and really friendly team. Bottled water and biscuits and nice shampoo etc in the room. Comfortable bed.
The air con seemed to give off a bit of an odour in the room but nothing else
Very convenient for fisherman fishing the river Frome then staying over for the night.
