Perfect comfortable location to enjoy overnight visit to Carcassonne.

Excellent value and location
Pros:

Location to the Cite was excellent and in easy reach of restaurants etc. Buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice

Comfy and friendly staff
Pros:

The Russian receptionist was really helpful, internet was working perfectly to work, the room was clean and comfy and launderette is just next to it which is handy for a stop over and get laundry done.

Pros:

After an excellent stay at ibis Bordeaux I thought I would try this ibis in Carcassonne. Big mistake. No comparison at all. Tiny box room with zero amenities and a view over a building site.

Habitación muuuy pequeña, el baño era un espacio quitado al dormitorio, apenas se podía uno dar la vuelta. Necesita una renovación/actualización. Habitación mal insonorizada.

Un séjour d’hôtel à oublier.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est parfait

Cons:

- L’exiguïté de la chambre et de la salle de bains. Complètement « out » de nos jours. Difficile de mettre 2 valises. Impossible de se remuer dans la salle de bains WC.
- Du linge de toilette réduit à son minimum
- Le parking de l’hôtel. L’entrée/sortie, l’horreur. Ne pas craindre quelques égratignures à votre voiture pour y entrer et en sortir.
