Стоит учть дороже предлагаемого сервиса
Pros:

Отель расположен в частном секторе на небольшом удалении от центра. Вежливый персонал, светлые , просторные номера, большой набор разной косметики в ванной. В номере есть капсульный кофейный автомат, бокалы для вина, чайник и т.д. Хорошая звукоизоляция.

Cons:

В номере не было ложки для обуви, не было ни ручки ни карандаша, что бы сделать заметки. Окна до пола, то есть скорее всего это двери для выхода на балкон, но их в ходе строительства решили не делать, а двери в номере остались вместо окон. Отель скорее всего не рассчитан на большую загрузку, мы были два дня. Первый все норм, а потом заселили группу человек 15, в итоге в душе не было горячей воды( скорее всего не успевала греться), а на завтраке почти пусто. Попросил круассан и йогурт, сказали, ...*извините закончились*

Понравилось расположение отеля. В целом состояние в порядке. Соответствует цене.
Завтраки тоже хорошие. Даже лучше чем у некоторых в той же ценовой политике

Cons:

Парковка. Не понятно зачем писать, что есть парковка, если перед отелем 3-4 места, которые постоянно заняты. Вокруг много мест - это короткие парковки на улице, где полно размерный седан на треть торчит на проезжей части. Для смарта, миникупера, или гольфа в самый раз. И любое из этих мест может занять житель или гость из близлежащих домов и заведений.
Окна в моем номере не открывались, так что проветрить свежим воздухом не было вариантов.
Из 4 дней что я там был, 2 дня были проблемы с горячей водой. Пришлось кое-как принимать бодрящий холодный душ. Была какая-то поломка котла, или что-то такое.
Не нашёл розетки возле телевизора, там же стоял чайник и кофеварка. Не то чтобы собирался ими пользоваться, но судя по всему подразумевается, что надо было греть воду на прикроватной тумбочке.

В номере не было горячей воды. Как потом оказалось и во всём отеле. Дозвониться на ресепшен невозможно, пришлось на лифте спускаться и искать персонал. Оказалось он курил всё это время на входе у отеля со своей компанией. Я объяснила что была 12часов в дороге и мне необходимо сходить в душ. Мне сказали что перезвонят. Через 2часа я опять звоню на ресепшен и спрашиваю что с водой, мне говорят что воды не будет и ничем не могут мне помочь. Для того чтобы хотя бы умыться мне пришлось кипятить воду в чайнике . На следующее утро вода так и не появилась.Поэтому я бы не советовала выбирать этот отель т.к. в нём сомнительные удобства и некомпетентный персонал.
Завтраки,кстати, тоже невкусные ( ужасная выпечка, пережаренные яйца, плохой кофе и очень маленький выбор всего)

Heerlijk geslapen, lekker gegeten; rustig en net hotel.
Pros:

De assistentie van het personeel was top. De taxi kwam exact op tijd en de nachtdienst hielp ons met de bagage. Het interieur is erg mooi. Het avondeten was prima.

Muy pretencioso pero indolentes en la atención al cliente

Cons:

A pesar de estar prácticamente vacío el hotel, la calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba.
Se estaba incómodo y para darse una ducha hacia fresco.
Ni lo resolvieron, ni nos cambiaron de habitación.
Nula atención al cliente,

El desayuno que comenzaba a servirse a las 700, no se sirvió hasta las 830 porque el encargado llegó con retraso.

Un hotstel resulta más acogedor y eficiente que este pretendido hotel de 4 estrellas
