Мы путешествовали семьей , и нам очень понравилось: для семьи отель предлагает просторные двухкомнатные номера, где есть где разместиться и детям, и взрослым, не мешая друг другу .

Завтраки здесь — это отдельный вид искусства. Каждое утро нас встречал шеф-повар Александр, который следил, чтобы столы всегда были полны. Огромный выбор: изысканные круассаны, блины, разные виды сыров и даже красная икра . А кофе, который варят на завтраке, возможно, лучший капучино, что мы пробовали в городе .

Персонал работает на совесть. Когда мы выезжали поздно вечером, нам без проблем оставили чемоданы в камере хранения, а потом предложили чай в лобби, пока ждали такси . Отель действительно заботится о гостях: здесь есть бесплатная парковка (редкость для центра), а на ресепшене всегда готовы подсказать маршрут . Атмосфера очень домашняя и расслабляющая. Однозначно рекомендую для приятного отдыха

The room size

Cons:

The spa. The water in the pool and jacuzzi was green/dirty. In the sauna was a weird smell, like moisture.
The jacuzzi is too small, the hamam is just a room. Is not like the turkish hamam. I believe they should change the name.

Is not so close to city center… like 30 min walking… ir 5-10 by car

Pros:

Localizarea buna si personalul foarte amabil

Cons:

Camera pe care am primit-o a avut vedere la strada principala, nimic deranjant in legatura cu asta. Seara in schimb, se auzea tot prin geamuri, fiecare masina + intra curent, ceea ce e foarte incomod pentru ca nu se poate dormi in camera respectiva fara dopuri de urechi
Peretii stropiti/patati si am gasit doua furnici in pat
In ceea ce priveste zona SPA aveam asteptari mai mari, bazinul mare care mi s-a spus ca e cu apa calda era rece bocna, n-am putut intra in el
Jacuzzi-ul ok, pana am iesit din el si aveam lipit de talpi bucati de mozaic de pe fundul jacuzziului (e periculos pentru ca o suprafata mare din baza lui are finisajul desprins si te poti accidenta/taia)
Doamnele de la masaj dragute
Halatele par intrate la apa
Am dat si in "zona de ceaiuri" de doua furnici ratacite
A doua zi, la micul dejun, toate alimentele pareau ca si cum le-au reîncălzit pe cele de dinainte cu o zi si nimeni nu a mai facut refill o ora jumatate cat am stat la masa
Nu am mentionat aceste aspecte la decazare deoarece repet, personalul si locatia in sine sunt foarte ok, problemele apar la partea de investitie in hotel, se vede ca lucrurile s-au blocat undeva in 2013.
