Our chic & spacious Duplex Loft Suite featured a stunning open-plan bedroom on the mezzanine floor with a sitting area/bath on its first floor.

The daily breakfast at The Glasshouse was excellent with a fantastic & extensive selection of local (Malaysian, Chinese & Indian & continental food), all served in a charming Victorian setting.

I would like to thank ALL THE GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM & The Concierge especially FAHMIE. He was amazing, friendly, efficient, professional, super helpful and always had a smile with friendly assistance.

Our entire stay from beginning to end was FABULOUS.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Penang.

L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Georgestown et se ballader à pied (très bon restos à proximité).
La piscine est sympa et chauffée.

The Prestige Penang has always felt like our second home sweet home. We just cant get enough of it. There’s something special about the atmosphere here that feels like home , calm, polished, and effortlessly inviting that this is by far the only hotel that we selected, ever since August 2023 and been returning at least 8 visits within a span of 2 years. And each visit is a long stay vacation with at least a 6 / 7 - nights stay each time , the recent being just recently, a 7 long stay.

Being an avid traveller around the world for business and leisure, no matter where we go, there's nothing like what this Gem in Penang has to offer. Simply the Best In The World !!

The Prestige Penang , which does not need any reviews as it excels in each and every aspect. Be it grandeur, luxury, variety, comfort, enchantment, indulgence, elegance one just loves every thing about it. For no reason just feel like visiting again and again and again. Our recent visit was just last week in mid June. True enough , my family and I are already planning for our next visit during the Third Quarter Financial Year of 2026 (Q3 / 2026)

We particularly chose The Prestige Hotel Penang, as we had always been fascinated with everything about it , which has been known for the luxurious experience that it offers. The moment we entered the hotel, we had a warm welcome from the moment we arrived at the entrance by the hotel team members, which made an ever lasting impression. And we are always impressed seeing the opulence architecture, right from the marble flooring to the unique chandeliers everything had a royal essence and feel to it. A special mention to the wonderful and professional Mr. Zain , Mr Fahmi, and the bell guys / concierge and team who welcomed us and had ensure the seamless check-in experience , they all were very professional, knowledgeable, taught us about all the experiences and led us to our beautiful rooms - they gave us an experience of royal and luxury living !

The rooms that we booked had the perfect balance of luxury and nature as it had a beautiful garden view from where we were able to see some famous buildings in Penang City Centre.

The interiors had a very aesthetic luxurious architecture which was very cosy, and the beds are made in Heaven ! We took two rooms during each stay, so we had the chance to rest on a king and double beds. We were impressed with the size of the beds – both type of beds that provided ample space for guests to sleep comfortably. The mattress was firm yet soft, which provided excellent support for our backs. The pillows were also comfortable and plump, allowing us to get a good night’s rest. Guests can purchase the two types of pillows (firm / soft) , as well as the mattress.

Overall, the moment we entered the room it made us feel like we have stepped in a different world altogether !

The location is perfect , near to the best tourist spots in Penang and around " in between " the first Penang bridge and Batu Feringghi , so you can imagine how strategically it is located , nearby to almost everything in Georgetown !

My family and I have fallen in love with this place over and over again ever since our first stay. After some years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, we've always put emphasis on service delivery and brand marketing. In this regard, we wish to Congratulate Mr. Melvin and Team, you've done it so well positioning the brand to where it is today !

Clean and new rooms, good location, quiet room and place in town, amenities nearby but the best things is the service - absolutely top notch.

Iqmal at the reception was very courteous and helpful. I felt very at home and welcome at the hotel.

Sunil was attentive and offered us bottled water even though we were just sitting at the reception area.

Kushal was also very helpful and took initiative to help us get into the car and with luggage from car to room.

When we picked up food delivery, the staff even offered us to get cutlery etc from the Glasshouse restaurant.

Our flight was delayed and when we request to shower even after we checked out, they willing obliged. iqmal went to get the towels for us and Kushal showed us to the shower rooms.

Overall the experience at the hotel is very pleasant and thoughtful. It made us feel very welcome and at easy. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Highly recommend The Prestige Hotel if your plan is to stay in George Town. Great staff, location and the amenities ie., infinity pool, great way to cool down after a day of exploring. The room was spacious and housekeeping maintained a high standard. The Bar, very relaxing and a variety of choice with a great bar tender.

All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Location was great and mostly within walking distances to places of interest and local eateries. Room was clean and bar fridge in room was stocked daily without charge! Great value for money. The transport arranged to and from airport were reliable and on time. Highly recommend.

Very clean and the room was good except that the toilet was separate from the shower was a bit usual. The bathroom is only covered with curtain, it’s perfect for couples but a bit difficult when you have family.
