Pros:

地理位置很好，去乔治市主要景点步行可达，打车也方便，周边有24小时营业的7-11便利店。迷你吧每天都会补充饮料和零食。无边泳池虽然不大，但没什么人，看海很棒，还可以看到槟州大桥。客房服务人员总是笑容满面，令人愉悦。

Cons:

前台比较冷漠，面无表情。我们三人入住，加床（沙发床）居然没有提前准备好，这种情况在四星五星的酒店里还是第一次碰到，打电话给前台也只会说尽快，等了好长时间也不来，反复催才过来，影响了我们的作息。

Expensive stay
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were very helpful. It is a beautiful building and the facilities available were decent.

Cons:

The design of the room was strange. The shower cubicle is entirely transparent making it awkward even with the curtains. Breakfast was just okay and the room service was very ordinary. Finding the lift to the pool was quite a task.

Sehr gute Adresse für zentrales und zahlbares Hotel.
Pros:

Obwohl nahe Zentrum sehr ruhig.
Dachpool toll.

Cons:

Frühstückraum eher zu klein, Aufteilung auf drei Räume umständlich.

super clean and beautifully designed rooms. friendly staff. great location.

Cons:

the pool was closed and it wasnt prominent enough on booking when we booked. it was mentioned under „facilities“ but I didnt check that and wentby the pictures.
the reat was great.

Charming hotel in center of town
Pros:

Great location waking distance to centre of Georgetown. Lovely decor and room layout with open plan bathroom and cosy bedding. Minibar included.

AC difficult to control so room took a while to cool down.

Premium price but it doesn't match the stay experience, there are much better choices out there

Great location and room is overall comfortable, free parking and near to many tourist spots

Cons:

Got disturbed by humming noise in teh middle of the night and force to change room at 3am. No proper apologies and compensation from the hotel
