Sehr gute Lage, Altstadt und Promenade am Meer fussläufig, Roof top kleiner aber sehr schön angelegter Pool mit toller Aussicht auf die Bay, sehr schöne Zimmer, top sauber, angenehme Grösse, sehr ruhig, Minibar Service inklusive, Frühstück mit gutem Buffet plus auch a la carte Service für Kaffee, Getränke mit frischen Obstsäften und verschiedenen Speisen

Fancy design with comfort. Clean.

The staff were great, especially the porters, housekeeping and breakfast staff. Not so much the check in staff, though they were fine. The room was spacious and clean though the stained chair was off putting. The free mini bar drinks, fruit and toiletries in the room went above and beyond what we would expect. And the free films were great too. The pool area was lovely with a fabulous view, not many sunbeds though. The location was good for Georgetown.

Loved this hotel, the pool was stunning, perfect temperature and often very quiet. A must-have for how hot it is in February. The location was perfect, a short walk from all the attractions. The staff were lovely. The hotel is carpeted, even the rooms, meaning it’s so super quiet which I loved, got some great sleeps! Room service food very tasty and reasonably priced. Didn’t want to leave!

Location was great - close to seafront and beautiful colonial buildings. Within easy walking distance of all the action in Georgetown. The rooftop area is great. The daily pop-up cocktail bar is nice. Drinks by the infinity pool looking out to sea are relished.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. A big mention to Zain who gave us the warmest greeting when we arrived and ensure the rest of our stay was amazing. Zain was so helpful, kind and friendly and went over and above to make us feel welcome. The location of the hotel is also very good, easy walking to the main areas.

What a beautiful hotel. We booked this be because it was only 5 mins or so walk to reach the Indian quarter but extremely quiet at night.
Fantastic room with a very large and comfortable bed. We didn’t have breakfast as preferred to eat on the go.

All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. We were initially skeptical of the high cleanliness ratings in other reviews, but were pleasantly surprised to find them accurate - every surface in the room was spotless.
The room was spacious, featuring a round writing table with two chairs and a long glass countertop that offered ample space. While the drawers were a bit shallow and needed a quick wipe, this minor issue didn’t detract from the overall experience. The large enclosed shower had excellent water pressure and drainage, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body soap gave a spa-like feel. The toilet was located in a separate room from the main bathroom, which added convenience.
We also loved having a dedicated water‑filter tap in the bathroom. It sat right beside the regular faucet, making it incredibly easy to refill bottles and reduce plastic waste — a thoughtful, eco‑friendly touch that more hotels should adopt.
We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities: a steam iron, daily replenished complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, and a candy jar - small touches that made our stay especially enjoyable.
