Pros:

Yorumlarıma otel sahibi Zuhal Hanım’a teşekkür ederek başlamak istiyorum. Kendisi otele ulaşmamızdan itibaren bizimle son derece iyi bir şekilde ilgilenmiş olup, her türlü isteğimizi geri çevirmeden yerine getirmeye çalıştı. Oteli eski işletmecisinden alıp gerçekten iyi yerlere getirmiş. Ailecek gidip kalınabilecek bir yer hâline çevirmiş. Otelde kalan diğer misafirlerle ilk günden komşu gibi olup sohbete dalıyorsunuz. Bu aile oteli için güzel bir şeydir. Eleştirdiğim iki nokta var. Birincisi yemek konusu. Yemeklerin lezzeti gayet iyi fakat doyuruculuk ve çeşitlilik bakımından geliştirilmesi gerekiyor diye düşünüyorum. İkincisi ise temizlik personellerinin vurdumduymaz tavırları. Dört gece konakladık ve bir kez dahi odamız temizlenmedi veyahut temizlenme teklifinde dahi bulunulmadı. Bu yönlerden de kendini geliştirirse daha da iyi bir otel konumuna gelecektir. Erdek’e tekrar gittiğimizde başka oteller aramadan direkt gidip kalabileceğimizi söylememiz gerekir.
