Pros:

Struttura comoda, pulita e silenziosa. A pochi metri dalla fermata della metro, offre tutti i comfort. Stanza non molto grande ma con balcone, prese vicino al letto e ben distribuite in altri punti. Colazione con tante scelte. Sicuramente da tener presente per una prossima visita a Lisbona

Location is key, noisy if on roadside
Pros:

Location in centre a short walk to catch metro for airport and train station. Clean, room ready early and breakfast is very basic.

Cons:

Room 403 faces the front and the noise from the road outside is crazy. So loud. Avoid this room if you want a good sleep.

It was good for the two nights we stayed

Its well located, nice sorroundings and quiet. It was clean, good breakfast. Nice staff.

It is truly rare to find a hotel that maintains consistant high standard in hospitality, service and comfort. The reception team is professional—kind, polite, and genuinely welcoming.
The location is offering effortless metro connections that make navigating Lisbon for business travellers incredibly convenient. I will definitely be back again and I highly recommend to all travellers looking for a seamless and elegant stay in Lisbon.
