Cons:

I arrived earlier than check in time. I explained stuff that we had 20 hours flight/ train journey and asked if the room can be made available earlier. They said no. The room was made available at 3pm on a dot. I can't believe they could not accommodate us

The service.
All was amazing.

Cons:

The paper note system for breakfast was tiresome. Maybe showing room key can be more welcoming.
The elevator has a forced stop on 4th floor. This was also tiresome. The very large room lacked storage place.

Tophotel op uitstekende locatie!
Pros:

Ik had een grote kamer op een hoek. De kamer was uitstekend en heel compleet ingericht. Alles was top! Ik heb ook genoten van het grote terras. De locatie is ook super. Midden in het centrum.
Dit was waarschijnlijk het beste hotel tijdens mijn reis door Japan. Het is niet heel goedkoop, maar ik vond het iedere Yen meer dan waard.

Bien ubicado , muy mala atención al cliente
Pros:

Mal servicio de las habitaciones, sin hacer cobertura, solamente una toalla de baño pequeña por persona y día , no comunican que hay que sacar vales para el desayuno y tener un 20% de descuento…..

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben das Zimmer eigentlich schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht und 19 Nächte dort verbracht. Auf der gemütlichen Couch haben wir viel gearbeitet und Tee genossen. Direkt daneben gab es viele Läden und Einkaufszentren.

Séjour fantastique
Pros:

Les chambres sont très agréables. Spacieuses et très bien équipées.
L'établissement est très bien placé, à proximité des zones touristiques, du métro et d'excellents restaurants.
Le personnel d'accueil a été très réactif lorsque je me suis trompée dans l'envoi de mes bagages.

Cons:

Tout s'est bien passé.

Would return!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel inside a non-assuming building. Loved everything: from the comfortable beds, bathroom with separate rooms for the shower, toilet and basin. Staff at front desk were exceptionally helpful and kind as well. Location is nearby bus and train stations, as well as a short walk from beautiful pontocho alley.

Cons:

The only uncomfortable thing would be that the floor plan is like a big square and if you’re staying on one of the rooms on the opposite side of the only elevators, then it’s quite a walk to / from the room.
