Excellent location, well equipped and comfortable room, great staff and many options to dine/wine
Pros:

Great location as we were able to walk to most activities we had planned. The room was excellent, spacious and had everything we needed. Lots of options to eat and drink. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Cons:

A very small issue - the mirrors in the room were either too far away ie at the sink or the mirror at the door was too dark. Not great if you are a bit shortsighted. An easy fix.

Hotel paisible !
Pros:

La chambre, le confort en chambre.

Cons:

Le bruit, pas tres bien isolé, dommage on entend le bruit des passages pietons, voitures, motos. Un point negatif, mais vu la fatigue cela ne m a pas empecher de dormir. Sinon une chose fatigante c est l ascenseur qui s arrete toujours au 4eme.

The air conditioner is extremely bad, the staff has no solution for a person who is hot and wants cold air conditioner at night. In addition, the bed is hard as a rock and uncomfortable. The staff did not help me too much and I slept there so badly that I moved hotels the next morning

First rate hotel stay in Kyoto
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel! Our blooming room was big according to Japan standards, which allowed us to be more comfortable with all of our luggage in the room. The breakfast was great and had many things to choose from.
