Not worth the price

First, the key card system failed twice, and we had to wait a total of 2 hours in line to resolve the issue. The rooms didn't have enough space to store our clothing or enough drawers. There was a hole or crack in the wall near the fire sensor, which is very concerning. The view through the windows facing the bay was obstructed by a few ropes hanging outside. We were not informed of any maintenance outside our window, and we paid extra for a harbor view that was partially blocked. Although we paid for parking, the lot was full, so we had to use valet parking instead. The breakfast food was okay, but not worth the price. The restaurant (Seaview) had very old and damaged chairs. We had to think twice before sitting. However, the room cleaning staff and restaurant staff were amazing and very helpful. Overall, I'm disappointed since we expected better from a hotel in one of San Diego's most exclusive locations.

Rude staff. Did not give us what we booked

Property is nice staff is rude

Cons:

Booked a queen room with 2 queen beds on a high floor and got a double room with 2 double beds. When I went to. Check in the receptionist said they were very booked and had “a lot of moving around to do” sounds like a you guys problem and not mine. Not sure why I made the booking if I didn’t get what I booked. This was for our wedding anniversary and our night got ruined. Will never stay here again.

Pros:

they finally have the adult pool open after 3-4 years
perfect for relaxing

Cons:

I wasnt aware that part of the hotel was STILL under construction and some areas closed
if I knew this... I might of not stay there. this hotel is my usual go too place
