Pros:

I booked Taht hotel through expedia for my friend. I chose to pay at the Hotel but before check out the charge was already deducted from my account. When my friend got there the staff didnt give them the room I had booked online for them although my friend showed them the booking document. So, they ended up sleeping on the floor with their baby. When my friend complained about it, they blamed expedia for not being consistent with bookings and also holding a big amount of charge for themseve and giving Hotel`s share very late. I dont know if it is true or not but it is a shame.

Pros:

in generally, it was not bad
clranness was good
the free bar included restericted items
refregrator didn't work well and drinks stayed warm
breakfast area was not attractive and it was under constructing
the rooms didn't has air condition so it was a significant negative point

Pros:

Mattresses and pillow cover were dirty upon arrival.
There was no air conditioner. Although we made a request for fan, they didn't pay attention.
telephone and minibar didn't work and they didn't fix them during 5 days our hotel accomodation.
There was not tissue in the room and there was one soap for two people.
there were 2 elevators that most of the time one of them didn't work.
