The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Cons:

The rooms looked nothing like the photos. We arrived and started second guessing it the minute we pulled in. The lady at the desk was very nice. When we went to the room it smelled bad and there was water standing in the floor. There was something in the floor behind the door and bugs were all over it. It just wasn't what we expected to pay over 300.00 for 2 nights. There were black spots on the sheets and I was worried it was some sort of bugs. You could tell the sheets were badly stained. We actually left early due to the fact that my boyfriend wouldn't even shower in the room. Its just outdated and looks more like a place to rent the rooms by the hour..

The location was convenient. Easy access to restaurants and gas station. Courteous staff.

Cons:

Some of the towels looked still dirty. Part of the lock on the door was damaged and broken. Overall the
place looked a little bit run down.

Good place for a budget stay, just get a room away from the highway
Pros:

Rooms was clean and tidy.
Bathroom had heated floor
Room had a new hvac and the heat worked well and was quiet
Plenty of hot water to the shower quickly

Cons:

The hotel is close to the freeway and there is a lot of traffic noise
The parking lot was rather dark
They were dog friendly but there wasn't much of an area to take your pet

Slightly better than last time I stayed here.
Pros:

The plumbing fixtures have been upgraded since my last stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The toilet seat was barely attached and freely slid from side to side. The parking lot needs patching: my friend who stayed multiple nights fell and I had to take her to the ER for care.

Great overnight spot for when I visit Mohican State Park.
Pros:

I booked at the Motel 6 in Mansfield first, which was pretty sketchy. Got a refund and went up the road to Ashland, which was much nicer. I got the room I expected for what I paid, I had a good nights rest and it was a short, beautiful drive to Mohican State Park. Just what I needed.

Cons:

It was just me. If I had other people with me, they probably would have complained about some minor things, but it suited my purposes, so I will leave it at that.
