Bedsheets is torn in super deluxe rooms. Bathroom Knob is nor working. Overall not value for money.

We booked executive rooms but the manager gave us deluxe room. After arguing he gave super deluxe rooms and he is saying that this is executive rooms. But we have booked executive rooms for this price in 2022. So we know that how was executive rooms.

Pros:

The manager and the front staff is terrrible, didnot allow us to our booking saying we don't know about the website you booked, later 30 mins he said we got the details now
And gave the room

Front staff not well manner and if wewill ask any questions they don't want to answe. And it is very far from dal lake. And service also not goo.
