Bien ubicado. Pidan el 3er piso para que los atienda la sra Doris, ella es un amor nos atendió muy bien y siempre estuvo atenta a lo que necesitábamos.

Cons:

El desayuno pueden mejorarlo. Solo había café y cupcake, lo mismos todos los días.

My home away from home
Pros:

I have been coming here now for over 6 years. I keep returning because of the wonderful staff and its proximity to the 101 freeway and stores. The hotel just went through a complete remodeling with new exterior paint and brand new furniture in all of the rooms. The beds are good quality as well as all the linens. Housekeeping takes great care to make sure the rooms are spotless. The maintenance crew is always busy and very friendly. The main manager, Patrick does an incredible job. There is always someone available if you have questions or need help. Five stars!!!

Good hotel that is being remodeled and one of the few left with a smoking room
Pros:

I love how they remodeled the property and that it’s one of the few hotels left that actually has a smoking room. Such a relief!

Cons:

The stairwells could use some TLC and the air vent was extremely noisy. You can also hear other visitors through the walls.
