Pros:

The hotel is not far from shopping mall and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They go extra miles to help and make your stay comfortable. In the room there's a mini bar where you can put your drinks to cool and also kettle for hot drink.

Cons:

The bath room is like walking in a swimming pool after taking shower (the walking shower) the faucet was dirty. It was a no smoking room but when you enter you smell cigaret cuz the smoking area is close to the room. It's suppose to be a double bedroom but there was only one chair.

Es el hotel de los horrores, insalubre, humedades y olor espantoso
Pros:

Quisiera denunciar el estado de este hotel, lleno de humedades, mal olor e insalubre. Al llegar decidimos huir de inmediato de allí porque era imposible quedarse por la falta de higiene y por miedo a coger una infección. Solicito la devolución del dinero ya que ha sido todo una estafa.

I cannot recommend this place at all. For around $35 a night this was very bad value, and quite traumatiz
Pros:

The location was nice, in the center of Colombo 4. Bed linens were acceptably clean. Air conditioning worked well, was very loud tho. No mosquitos in the room at all.

Cons:

Nothing was clean at all. Everything from the lobby to the corridors to the sitting rooms, not to mention the room itself. Everything was dusty. The carpets in the corridors smelled terribly. In the room itself, it seemed like nothing was cleaned before we arrived, floor, bed, desk, chair, suitcase stand, and closets were covered with dust and dirt, and there were stains (some sticky, some water stains) on nearly every wooded surface. It was uncomfortable as you didn’t really want to touch anything in the room. However, what tops it all is the bathroom. Oh boy, where do I start. Of couse, everything was similarly grimey as the rest of the room, but thats not where it stops. There was no floor, just concrete. Same for the walls. As a result, moisture just sort of penetrated the whole place and it was extremely damp, resulting in lots of mold everywhere: Walls, corners, floor and crevices. No shower screen meant everything got wet when showering, and the drain was placed so that much of the water didnt reach it, meaning the whole bathroom just started flooding. There was water on the floor ALL of the time (even when we arrived) and of course that also meant it started smelling really, really bad. On top of that, the sink or the sink gable was not cleaned and had disgusting stains all over it. The window shade also started molding badly and had very ominous looking stains all over. Luckily, at least the seat of the toilet seemed clean. Apart from hygiene, the air conditioning was also very loud and rattly.

i think you have to invest in a total repairing of the rooms cause my toilet’s flush button didn’t work😬 and it’s mould on the walls :( and it was a big cockroach in my room
