Not up to five star standard. Dirty cushions in the dining room. There was also only one other table for dinner and the quality of service was not good.

I had a few complaints / concerns but management - Aylin reached out to me directly and invited for a coffee chat. She patiently listened to me and offered alternatives. Guys in the reception were awesome, whenever I needed information (bus, taxi, sightseeing) they were always there to help!
