Chuveiro e o serviço de limpeza do quarto.

Cons:

Cama pequena, barulhenta. Era só virar um pouco que a cama fazia um barulho enorme. A cadeira da escrivaninha estaa toda quebrada, desparafusada, não dava para encostar minimamente. Pagar esse preço nessa diária para ter essas situações, é preferível ficar em um hotel um pouco mais caro com as acomodações mais preservadas. O quarto não possui uma lixeira e a iluminação é horrível. Não tem lâmpadas no teto, mas apenas nas laterais, com luminárias que ficavam ao lado da cama e, ao levantar, sempre batia a cabeça nessas luminárias.

Estadia foi boa. O custo benefício não compensa.
Pros:

O quarto é bom, confortável. O banho é bom. Porém, toalhas desgastadas, sem toalha de rosto e também não tinha tapete/toalha para o chão do banheiro.
