Toilet flusher did not work. Staff not very helpful. Cost of room too expensive.
Friendly multi-lingual staff. Rooms are small but friendly, comfortable and practical.
Lovely city with nice French people
J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel. Le personnel était serviable, chaleureux et attentionné. J'aurais juste une remarque à formuler : les serviettes suspendues ne doivent pas être changées. J'ai suivi les instructions affichées dans la salle de bain pour le changement des serviettes, mais celles que j'avais suspendues ont quand même été changées. J'aurais aimé qu'elles soient laissées pour le bien de l'environnement.
Cependant, je n'hésiterais pas à retourner dans cet hôtel et à le recommander chaudement à un ami. Merci, et bravo à tous !
I only stayed for a night but i did see a lot in a day in Lyon. Room is in a small side but i didnt mind. Walking distance to the train station. The staff was very helpful when i asked about restaurants (authentic food). Close to old town and easily walkable.
Good place, though unfortunately was disturbed in my room mid-afternoon by a member of cleaning staff who didn’t knock. Good range of breakfast options.
There was black mould in the shower. Staff were friendly but I would not stay again.

We stayed for a night, our room had odd old leak/mouldy smell. Common room has table games and bar, chill place to hangout. Property is close to train station.

Tiny rooms that are run down
Outstanding service from the ladies at the reception, small but very quiet room with great view of the Basilica,clean and functional, although probably a bit small for 2 people. Great breakfast with nice selection of french cheeses. There are some restaurants in the neighbourhood but pay attention to public holidays, because they will be closed. The restaurant on site unfortunately was not working during the 5 days I spent there and the food at Halles is really pricey. Water despenser at the hotel is a nice touch, didn't see any water fountains in Lyon. The review is based on the price/ value ratio. You get what you pay for. Would definitely stay again.
Small rooms but perfect for a single person. Clean and staff very helpful. Like having vinyl wood floors as very clean. Need some shelving for clothes and accessories. My daughter and I were surprised that the air conditioning for the room was not available until later in the month. The weather was unusually warm for the time of year but they gave us fans for our rooms which was helpful.
