Hotel La Jungla

Abel was very kind and flexible when I checked in. The view from my room was amazing!! The facility was nice for the cost. The only drawback was that the WiFi didn’t reach to my room, so I had to stay by the lobby in order to use it. I understand that this is the exception and most of the other rooms on the property can use the WiFi from the room.

We had such a great time staying in la jungla. It was beautiful waking up to the ocean in front of you. Your room gets cleaned every morning and as it was my boyfriends birthday they prepared a little extra for him. When it came to leaving for Santa Cruz the host booked two last minute tickets for the boat otherwise we wouldn’t have made it! Would love to come back one day.

If you are lookibg for a room with a beach view then this is the place for you.
On the beach. Can watch the waves coming in from the bed!

Photos are misleading. Lighting is terrible. Water pressure not so good. The view was good if you stood in the corner on your tip toes. This is not an hotel it’s a mediocre hostel. After dropping my bags in the room, I went and found an alternative. I paid but did not stay.

This hostal is on the edge of town, away from noise and right on the beach. It was calm and peaceful. The staff was very kind. They let us use another room to shower after our check out time. The wifi was not too strong, but that is common throughout the island. There is a shared kitchen space available. Good value for the price.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly.

Me quejaría un poco del precio pero tal como está Galápagos diríamos que está en la línea.

Todo súper bien - Abel (el dueño) me cayó muy bien y me ayudó mucho con algunos problemas que tuve con mi vuelo. La ubicación del hotel es increíble, justo en frente de la playa y la vista de mi cuarto fue espectacular. Recomiendo este lugar 100%

Fint hotel til pengene - der var rengøring hver dag og receptionisten der tog imod os, var rigtig sød og informativ. Dog vidste vi aldrig, hvornår der var nogen til at hjælpe i receptionen, og hvornår de ikke var der. De glemte at give os deres whatsapp, så vi kunne ikke kontakte dem. Derfor manglede vi også toiletpapir den sidste dag, da de ikke fyldte dette op under rengøringen hver dag.
Ellers lækkert hotel med god udsigt lige til vandet og fint udendørsområde :)

Beautiful location on beachfront, quiet and safe location, nice staff. Hotel is located a bit away from the main street/town square, so be prepared to walk a bit, or better rent a bike to move around.

Perfect for my needs. On the edge of the town so access to various nature spots was better. Right in front of the beach as well so the sounds of the crashing waves accompanied my restful sleep. Room was clean and tidied during my stay. Abel was a gracious and very helpful host. Gave me some great tips and helped me organize my return journey.

Very helpful personal! Provided shower after check out and helped to organize trip after our guide could not help. Good location, you can do good hike and see giant turtles in wild.
Would recommend!
