Great stay from beginning to end 🌟
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here recently. The room was spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were always welcoming. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options to choose from. I'd happily stay here again.

Great property but service needs improvement leaps
Pros:

Renovated lavish feeling hotel with great amenities and location

Cons:

Staff was uncoordinated, and unresponsive overall. Many issues raised but left addressed, such as where to place our luggage in the room, cold during night, no blinds therefore waking up very early in the morning, toilet radio not working, long delays to find a table for morning breakfast.

Pros:

Lage sehr angenehm. Personal freundlich. Rezeption freundlich und professionell. Check-in und Check-out ging schnell. Frühstück war gut. Zimmer: groß, gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider nicht sehr sauber. Klebrige Flecken am Badboden bei Ankunft. Flecken auf der Couch im Zimmer.
Einmal war ich mittags für 1h auf dem Zimmer, an diesem Tag wurde mein Zimmer überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Für ein Hotel in diesem Preissegment nicht akzeptabel.
Personal Bar und Frühstück wirkte an manchen stellen nicht ganz aufmerksam.

Pros:

A lovely, clean place to stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the bathroom is comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. All of this made for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.
