A localização é ótima, café da manhã bom,ótimo atendimento, mesmo sem estacionamento, da para por o carro na rua enfrente ou no estacionamento público na rua de trás...
O chuveiro por ser a gás demora a esquentar, gastando muita água e demora a regulagem. A noite fica muito lixo quase enfrente ao portão, não atrapalha a entrada mas a calçada de acesso.
