The staff were amazingly helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Great rates too!

I stayed 15 days with no problem. Clean, good food good service. Reception all of them excellent helpful. Will stay again.

After 10 days in Beijing this was best breakfast .. in my visit

Very nice room and very nice staff! Great price!

Rooms were very spacious, clean and had all the basic facilities like toiletries, safety box, slippers, bathrobes etc. Reception staff also was very helpful
Only drawbacks were the area is very depressing. Only stay in this hotel if you want proximity to airport. Breakfast despite lot of items, majority of them were not appealing, fruits were wholesome instead of being cut etc.

the hotel staff needs more training and professional behavior

They do not run the AC the rooms are hot

they charge you extra per person, it is kind of online trap to get you with lower quotes and then get the money out of you when you are there

Nice clean room. Overall hotel was cleanand well maintained. Room had a travelodge feel to it. Friendly staff. Daily cleaning. Replaced water and toiletries every day.
Breakfast was ok. Selection of hot and cold food but was basic and similar each day.
Satellite tv was referenced but only local channels and apps didnt work so couldnt use. Curtains didnt cover full window so light poured in, in the morning (couldn't black out).
Location wise - 30 min walk from gymnastics arena but located in a more industrial area and pavement not always present so had to walk on road at times.
Not a lot of things around the hotel for visiting but we spent most of our time in gymnastics arena but only other option was to spend time in hotel room or in our case we visited Baku City (which was lovely) using the metro (outside arena. Metro was very cheap.
Good for the price we paid though and served our purpose well enough. Quite a few of the visitors at same time as us went to the same Gymnastics competition as us.
However, if i ever went back I'd likely stay more in city and travel to arena via metro so we had more choice for restaurants, places to visit etc.

Good room and service

During the inclusive breakfast, whilst pouring a cup of tea from a heavy kettle the lid had fallen off and boiling water had splashed all over my hand; burning it. I had explained to staff what had happened and they were very unhelpful, unbothered and rude.They tried to justify it because it has happened to them. I complained however no apology was granted and nothing was done about it when this is a health and safety violation. I advice you all to have insurance, as if anything was to happen to you within the hotel, it is less likely they will do anything about it. Very unprofessional.

We stayed one night in room 407, a comfort room with balcony with side view. The hotel is located between a main street (not a highway) and a railway, from which you have no noise nuisance, because it is quiet in the evening and night. Large room and good beds. In the restaurant we had a good dinner and breakfast with a lot of choices. The hotel is ideal located for departure and arrival from the airport, it takes only 15 minutes by car. Parking in front and near the hotel is possible and free of charge

Neat and clean hotel with excellent staff and service.

Excellent 1 night stay. Although public transportation is rather limited, but it worked out just fine. Excellent breakfast too

I was stayed in this property for about a week for work
It is near the airport and also near koroglu subway station
There’s no shuttle service in this hotel.you have to take bus No 60 to commute to the subway station or take the internet taxi.
The price of the rooms are reasonable and they are clean enough
The most annoying thing about this place is the sound of the trains and the noise is very loud even at midnight.because there is a railway just behind the hotel.so sleeping quality of this place is very bad.
The breakfast is so nice with good variety of foods including fresh vegetables and fruits.
The boy in the restaurant named Khagani is very polite and helpful.
Also in the reception area Mrs Aygun is very friendly and polite.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about the price.

كنت طلبت من ادارة الفندق ان تجد لي غرفة في الطابق الأرضي ،لأنه عندي فوبيا الارتفاع ،فرفضوا ،وأعطوني غرفة في الطابق 3 بجانب خط السكك الحديدية الذي يزعجني ليلا ،ولهذا ،فهذه نقطة سلبية للفندق

Nice hotel.
Strange was that guests were keeping their shoes/boots out of rooms in the hotel corridors

This is my 3rd visit to Baku because its a beautiful and vibrant city with many touristic places to visit.Especially the Azeri people are very cordeal and receptive.I think this is one of the safest cities of the world.The hotels are cheap and quote effordable.The transport system is superb one doesn't have to hire a taxi because it's metro network is widely spreader and cheap.
