Cons:

The noisy neighbours, the reception on arrival, English was very hard for her to understand, breakfast was very basic, exceptional small room, only one chai in tge room, had to ask for a second pillow they said yes it didn't arrive.

Location.

Cons:

Checkin was slow.
We were booked in and given the wrong room. Our key wouldn't work.
Needed to go back to desk and they corrected the room.
Staff not friendly, just did the job without a smile or chat.
