I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. What truly made the experience great was how friendly and polite the staff were—especially assistant manager Fazmin, who went above and beyond. Every request I had was accommodated promptly and with a smile. For example, when I asked for another blanket, I had it within minutes. Additionally, I could safely store my luggage while out for the day, even with a late flight. Lastly, housekeeping was very friendly, and the hotel is in a great location.
The shower in my room could have been cleaned just a tad more carefully; I found some lipstick from the previous guest on the handle and the walls were not perfectly clean. However, in general it was definitely clean enough and I did also ask for an early check-in, which the hotel happily accommodated and gave housekeeping less time to clean the room before I arrived. So, all in all, I was very satisfied with my stay.
Maybe good to know for other guests: I could not open the windows in my room. For me this did not matter, but I know for some people this is important, so just wanted to mention it.

It would be nice if there were an electric kettle and a microwave so I could make my own food. The worst thing was that all the dinner plates people left were staying outside all night. When I left in the morning, I could still smell the leftover food all over the floor, which was quite disgusting.

Explanation where to park was very basic and had us locked in the apartment next doors car park. The adventure was exciting for two over 75yos. Made our day
