A lovely experience.
Pros:

Hotel was lovely. Clean and so well presented. Location was great with the covered walk to the shops. Some great dinner options, room service was delicious. We also liked the option to park in the area reserved for hotel guests.
We also received a lovely little gesture for my husbands birthday, with a little plate of sweets left in our room.

Cons:

The bed was a little firm for us. We also would have liked to have seen complimentary bottled water, not just the $7 mini bar option.

Pros:

The staff are so lovely and some even remember me and the girls in the restaurant are gorgeous and a couple of them remembered my coffee and drinks choices. Now that's exceptional!! I wanted to leave everyone a tip but had no cash on me but will do next week, as I have to come back as I left my Samsung tablet and medications in the room, I didn't realise until I was supposed to take my midday meds. I did miss a call from the hotel, CSO I think, just maybe, it would have been about that!!!
But, that's my bad, nothing to do with your amazingly awesome staff.

I really enjoyed the proximity to the shopping center.
Cons:

The pillows were like hard rocks. I asked the cleaning staff if a flat soft pillow was available and she said that she would ask house keeper but I heard no more about it. I used a towel as a pillow for the night.
