Cons:

Our check-in time was 3:00 pm, however we were unable to access our room until 5:00 pm as it wasn’t ready. This two-hour delay significantly impacted our plans for the afternoon and was very disappointing, especially as we had arranged our day around the advertised check-in time. We expected the room to be available as promised and feel this inconvenience should be acknowledged.
