Pleasent stay.

Room was clean and really well presented

Cons:

The door wasn't very soundproof and I could hear everyone walking down the corridor. Being in 601 catches all the sound from the entire hallway.

Beautiful bathroom and spacious room, great bar and cocktails! Be prepared to pay extra for parking though!

Spacious room, super clean and beautiful bathroom. Great breakfast!

Cons:

Pool wasn’t exactly relaxing… full of kids doing bombs and squealing. I’m sure that was me as a kid too, but not what I had in mind for a relaxing spa soak! Having to pay another $50 for parking on top of $600 a room… not the best

Disappointing
Cons:

I booked a King bed room and was told nothing available till later in evening as they were not cleaned.
I was told we can be upgraded to double queen room and I said I don’t think that’s an upgrade.
Then we were offered a king room with disabled access facilities
After that we just said yes to the double queen room as we were booked to have a massage at Hollis’s at 5.45pm so we needed to get into our room prior to that
Our room faced the highway and all night we were woken by cars,motorbikes and trucks taking off from the traffic lights doing burn outs etc
So it wasn’t a pleasant experience for us
We rarely treat ourselves to stay in a hotel but we were celebrating our anniversary and we were extremely disappointed

It was ok ,i expected better being a top rated hotel
Pros:

Hotels position being next to the shopping centre and restaurants

Cons:

Room cleaners didn’t clean the room or sercice the room , the attended 1 out of 4 nights I stayed .

Still as good as always
Pros:

Second time staying and it was just as good as last time! The reason I'm rating it a 9 this time instead of the 10 I gave before as we stayed on a lower floor and could really notice the soundproofing issues as we could hear some traffic, but overall it is fantastic and I will always recommend staying here if you plan on shopping at Chadstone.

Expected too much with the price and location of this hotel.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

We had checked in but room not ready as we were early which is totally fine. When we came back at 3 the line was out the door for check in. The room felt a bit grotty. Dirty marks on the tiles a carpet. Blood on one of the towels.

Overall, considering the amount we spent, the experience did not represent value for money and was not worth the stay.

The location was excellent

Cons:

Check-in was extremely disappointing. I had already checked into rooms and was advised that the second room would be ready at 3pm. However, when I called to follow up, all that was required was for staff to bring the key up. I called three times, and on the second call I even offered to come down to reception to collect the key myself, but was told I would need to line up.

After waiting 45 minutes, the key was finally delivered.

Additionally, we were never informed that the pool had restricted hours. We were told it was open until 11pm, but when we arrived at 9pm, we were informed that my daughter and her friend were not allowed to swim as the pool was restricted to guests aged 16 and over after 9pm.

This was very disappointing, as we were staying to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it impacted our plans significantly.
