You need to make the ones in the reception and the ones in the restaurant, I mean the staff, nicer

I love almost every thing in this hotel. Almost everything was just perfect. Perfect breakfast, The room was great. I love the decorations, You can say it iss 5 stars, really.

Cons:

One of the people in the reception, he was a man, he didn't even smile and he didn't care. The room size was not good, smaller than I expected, this was not good.
