Great girls shopping day/night!
Pros:

Great for our occasion. Big room, comfortable beds

Cons:

Not ready at 3pm. Wasn’t ready until 5pm however we were given complementary drinks and waited in the bar. We were also given complementary breakfast the next day so felt compensated for this.

A superb stay which felt luxurious and relaxing especially thanks to all of the incredible staff!
Pros:

Everything but especially the helpful caring staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable! Nothing was too much for the staff who were exceptional!

Cons:

The pool wasn’t quite as big as it seemed in photos and being school holidays was filled with lots of crazy kids!

Great location as we were there to shop only.
Pros:

Had Breakfast at Chadstone Shopping Centre as we were for shopping & location.

Cons:

Your Restaurant as we were advised by staff how good it was. Atmosphere was good, but ordered entree, main meal, drinks
Our dinner wasn't nice, very disappointed. Also our room ran out if Hot Water when I was showering Saturday night, & being winter not great.😌

Pros:

Kang and Sophia in the Rooftop Bar are two of the most professional and accommodating people myself and my wife have ever met.
Their service was exceptional, without a doubt second to none I have experienced.
We stayed multiple times and the time difference between the two stays was a week and both remembered our drinks precisely.
Their service should be applauded and would love if they receive some reward for their outstanding service.
