Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Emplacement en pleine nature avec des espèces magnifiques et bien entretenues. La chambre était grande et très confortable. Plusieurs possibilités de restauration. Le spa et la salle de sport. Le service aux petits exemplaire.

Cons:

Le bruit :
- Des oiseaux typiques de la région. Cela dépend après de l’appréciation de chacun, cela n’a pas dérangé ma copine.
- Bruit la nuit à cause de motorisation dans l hôtel.. on ne sait pas dire quoi
Les bouchons d oreille on fait le job. Bref on mets quand même un 10/10 car ils se rattrapent fortement sur tout le reste.

This was my first time experiencing such truly exceptional hospitality, and I must say I was genuinely touched. My 2-day stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention became incredibly meaningful thanks to the heartfelt service from the team.

A very special appreciation goes to Amalia from the GRO team. Her warmth, sincerity, and genuine care made our stay feel so personal and unforgettable. You can truly feel that her service comes from the heart. Together with her wonderful colleagues Dea and Lutfia, they created such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel extremely valued as guests. I would gladly give a thousand thumbs up to them!

I would also like to highlight Mr. Teja from Service, who ensured our sahur meal arrived perfectly on time. His friendliness and attentiveness truly made the experience even more pleasant.

Another sincere thank you to Mr. Syahrul from Housekeeping, who made sure our room was always spotless, comfortable, and perfectly prepared throughout our stay.

Great Service and amazing Hotel

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Pullman team for the wonderful hospitality during our stay. A special thanks goes to Rendi, who went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable.

Rendi kindly assisted my family with a walking tour around the hotel, taking the time to introduce the facilities and explain everything clearly. His warm and friendly approach immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The ambience of the hotel was already impressive, but his thoughtful guidance helped us appreciate it even more.

He also patiently showed us how to properly use the gym equipment, ensuring we could enjoy the fitness facilities safely and comfortably. It was very helpful, especially for guests who may not be familiar with some of the machines.

In addition, Rendi shared several interesting places to visit near the hotel, which added great value to our trip. His local knowledge and enthusiasm made us even more excited to explore the surrounding area.

Another highlight of our stay was the restaurant. The food selection was very variatif, with a wide range of dishes that catered to different tastes. Everything we tried was delicious, and the variety made every meal enjoyable.

Overall, the service we received was exceptional. The professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care from the team truly stood out. Experiences like this are the reason we look forward to returning.

top tier resort in Bogor!!
Pros:

One of the best family-friendly resorts in Bogor! Easy to reach and away from the traffic, with comfortable and fun facilities for families. A perfect choice for a family getaway thanks to its peaceful vibes, lush sanctuary, and stunning mountain views. The staff are all very friendly. The kids really enjoyed the playground, game arcade, family pool, and the Vimala tour. We stayed in the 2-Bedroom Villa, which was absolutely perfect for a family stay. Highly recommended for a vacation, and we would definitely come back again.

A Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel that is close to nature. We had good time here. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

We took the Tram Tour and eventhough it was simple and short but it was lovely experience. Bulqi our tour driver was super friendly.

Some areas in the room need to be inspected throughly as I could see spider web under night stand and in door corner. Towel could be improved into fluffy 5stars hotel standard. But in overall, I like and recommend this hotel ❤️

Fantastisch en relaxed.

De rust, al het groen, de mooie kamer met balkon. Verder goed vertoeven , ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed. Personnel was aardig en behulpzaam.
