Fantastisch en relaxed.
Pros:

De rust, al het groen, de mooie kamer met balkon. Verder goed vertoeven , ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed. Personnel was aardig en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Alles beviel goed.

Enjoyable getaway
Pros:

Nice spacious rooms with balconies. Modern yet cozy feel. Breakfast was good, with a few staff at the reception very attentive. Cafe Damar that serves breakfast ist really nice. Great to have decaf coffee as option. The game section with pool, karaoke, arcade games was fun.

Cons:

Room for improvement: Buffet was often missing items like cheeses (empty or very sparsely filled) and the Indonesian dishes like ketoprak were not very tasty (street vendors’ are better). At a price of over IDR 300k, I would expect a bit better. Tables were often not ready and dirty. Hallways are very slippery (need to install extended roofing). Games rooms close far too early at only 7pm. Major problem: the door lock malfunctioned and when I reported it, the staff receiving my call said they would charge us for it, without even checking properly. This was extremely annoying and stressful. Fortunately, the skilled and kind Mr. Markus inspected and exchanged the lock, and determined the problem was the hotel’s wooden door frame that had expanded due to humidity/moisture. For the hotel room’s bathroom I suggest changing the shower’s flooring to something with friction to avoid slips, as it’s super slippery. Salak bar has an awesome view but ordering a simple snack takes forever. The spa was superb, probably the best thing about the whole experience!

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Great and modern hotel with great facilities and exceptional hospitality. My room keeper Sahrul noticed that I used earplugs and left me a couple of new ones at my pillow in addition to leaving me some extra water because he noticed that I had a hectic trip.

Another Experience!
Pros:

Another experience of staying at this hotel. If you're after a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the Pullman Vimala Villa is the place to be.

But then something unexpected happened. I couldn't get into my room because I'd left my key and phone inside. So I strolled over to the nearest building to see if any of the hotel staff could help. Just so you know, villas and hotels have different staff. I don't even want to think about what would happen if a solo guest experienced something like that at night. I'm sure the hotel management will do and mitigate what they can to put things right.

Overall I quite enjoyed my stay here!
