Cons:

The room did not have a bathroom door but only a curtain, which is extremely inconvenient. It is unclear how this design was agreed as there seems to be enough space to have a proper door.

Great room and location, but poor breakfast hygiene slightly ruined the experience.
Pros:

The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the entire stay. The hotel is situated in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the Place de la Comédie. Furthermore, the bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was quite disappointing due to the poor quality of the fruit. On multiple occasions, the fruit basket contained pieces that were clearly starting to rot. I even bit into a peach that looked okay on the outside, only to find a cracked, mouldy pit filled with ants inside.

Great location and value for money.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the old town, Polygone shopping centre and the St-Roch train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Things were a bit dated. As many mentioned, there was no shower curtain so after a shower, half the bathroom floor was wet and slippery. The AC as some mentioned was also not working well and the room remained a bit warm. I came for a conference and half the guests were probably attending as well. Unfortunately, they only had 4 irons and all 4 were already taken. I have suggested that an iron be provided in the ironing room on the 5th floor (and chained to the wall so it doesn't go missing!).

Hormis l’emplacement à éviter !

Emplacement et grande amabilité du personnel

Cons:

La liste est malheureusement longue : exiguïté oppressante de la chambre, douche mal conçue mais à relativiser car il n’y avait absolument pas d’eau chaude !!!, toilettes totalement inefficaces et qui n’évacuent rien, literie franchement mauvaise, petit déjeuner quelconque.

Pros:

Très pratique lorsqu’on vient pour le travail dans le coin, le personnel est très gentil et agréable
Le problème est que la salle de bain ferme avec un rideau dont l’état laissait vraiment à désirer, les oreillers sont très épais
