Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hell. Der eigene Jacuzzi war schön sauber und groß. Man hatte einen Stellplatz für das Auto, wo wir freundlich darauf hingewiesen wurden von Hr. Han dass wir auch unter das Dach uns stellen können. Der Zimmerservice war sehr kompetent und schnell. Das Essen (Abendessen) schmeckte immer lecker und auch die Drinks waren super. Die Lage empfanden wir als super, oberhalb vom Meer. Jetzt gerade ist der Yellow Dust sehr stark weswegen dir Sicht auf das Meer eher eingeschränkt ist. Aber es sieht bestimmt bei klarer Aussicht super aus.

Das Frühstück ist für westliche Personen denke ich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Spaghetti Bolognese, geise Suppen, Steak und einige Sachen um selber Bimbimbab zu machen. Es gab die Möglichkeit Croissant und Toast sowie Joghurt und Müsli mit Obst zu machen. Wir wurden satt und das, was die anderen gegessen haben sah immer sehr gut aus.

Best stay in Jeju, best hotel experience you could ask for
Pros:

The location is excellent with a convenience store and a bus stop within less than 2 minute’s walk. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. But the shining star is the quality. This is perhaps not only the best hotel I have stayed in Jeju, in Korea, but ever.

The room was spacious with amazing ocean views and jacuzzi tub. The room was equipped with robes, slippers, regular and full sized towels, a bath mat, complementary waters, and toiletry supplies. The shower was spacious, clean, and easy to use.

Each day, the staff replenished items in the room that had been used, and fixed the linens (including the bath mat and robes). When it was raining, they let us loan umbrellas to use for the day. They were accessible for questions and for room service via WhatsApp. When it was time for us to arrive & depart, they easily arranged a spacious and comfortable airport shuttle for us.

We felt welcomed, comfortable, luxurious, and safe for our entire stay. If (when) we ever return to Jeju, we will surely enjoy staying here again.

Pros:

I love that there’s washing machine and dryer facilities at level 1. With the additional clothes rack for me to hang clothes washed by hands. The game room is good too ! The table tennis the pool table etc ! Love it

Cons:

The bathrobe … not sure if they are changed daily. I put them aside for the house keeper to change. But end of the day I saw the bathrobes folded in cabinet instead of hanging new ones.

Pros:

I had a last-minute exam-style interview for my medical school application while I was on holiday in Jeju, and the hotel I was originally staying at didn’t have the facilities I needed. In a moment of panic, I reached out to GoldOne Hotel — and I am so grateful that I did.

They responded within minutes and were incredibly kind, reassuring, and helpful during such a stressful time. Sally, Seungjin, and Kelly Kim were fantastic over email, offering me multiple options and making sure I had everything I needed to sit my interview comfortably and professionally.

When I arrived, my room was wonderful — the workspace was perfect, private, and very comfortable. It was exactly what I needed to focus and feel confident for my interview. I honestly wish I could have stayed under different circumstances, but I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I’m in Jeju.

The reception staff were equally amazing. I can’t remember their names exactly, but it was the two women working on the 11th of November — they were so understanding, supportive, and genuinely caring. I truly cannot thank them enough.

GoldOne Hotel went above and beyond for me, even though I wasn’t originally a guest there. Their kindness made a huge difference during a very important moment in my life. Highly, highly recommend!

Unforgettable experience! A lovely place to stay that will make it into your core memories!
Pros:

O this is a "Must visit again" hotel! We only stayed here for 2 nights and was very sad to leave. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was scrumptious and we had different options every morning. There is a variety of options available with some local delicacies as well. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed poolside cocktails - bliss! There is a convenience store nearby and the neighbourhood is charming. The ocean is an easy walk away. The rooms are exquisite and I almost forgot the mention the bath! OMG! Wow, if you are a bath person, this is the place for you! There was a shower to in the other bathroom. We ordered room service and the food was delicious and service was fantastic. Guys, forget the big hotels, try this place. You will not regret it!
