Enjoyed the stay overall.
Pros:

Cosy hotel, good location close to attractions. Linked to Olle trail route which leads to very nice seafront cafe Bunker House and Beophwan. Good buffet breakfast which is more expensive than other similar breakfast. Staff generally helpful and courteous. Director Mr Park, Ms Sophia and staff in Scala Cafe are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The gym cable equipment is wobbly and needs to be replaced. Laundry facilities limited and need to wait. Dinner menu limited. Not many dining options nearby.

Nice Suite, but Poor Facilities and Overpriced
Pros:

We stayed as a family of five in a spacious suite that appeared recently renovated. It was pleasant, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel is in a good location, and breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel was a completely different experience. The property feels very dated, and the exterior facades are in urgent need of renovation. The balcony was also dirty.
The pool and jacuzzi area was particularly disappointing. We visited in the evening and were shocked by the large number of cockroaches around the pool. Even more concerning, the flooring surrounding the pool was extremely slippery and unsafe. Several of us slipped and fell, which is a serious safety hazard that needs immediate attention.
Overall, the hotel's facilities and general maintenance were far below expectations. Despite the good location and pleasant suite, the hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers and does not meet the standards expected of a hotel in this price category.

La piscine et la baignoire spa

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas propre, les verres et tasses présentait des traces de lèvres et de café, la salle de bain était sale, il y avait de la moisissure en haut de la porte de la salle de bain, le frigo de la chambre fuyait à l'intérieur (le personnel a mis une serviette dedans pour regler le problème), nous avons trouvé des fourmis rouge dans la chambre et le personnel nous a dit que c'était normal (ils nous ont proposé une bombe insecticite toxique et contraignante), le personnel n'est pas adapté et lent. Les services attendus pour ce type d'hôtel ne sont clairement pas a la hauteur.
Les prix sont exorbitants.
Ils correspondent à un hôtel de standing 5 étoiles à Paris alors que les prestations fournis et la qualité n'égale meme pas un formule 1. J'ai dû nettoyer un seche-linge mis à disposition et l'autre ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons passé 7h a la laverie car les appareils fonctionnait mal. Il y a des serviettes en plein passage dans le couloir car il y a des fuites, les savons des chambres ne sont pas remplis ou remplacé... Le rapport qualité/prix n'est clairement pas au rdv. Au restaurant c'est le cuisinier qui est venu prendre notre commande.
Je me suis fier aux avis positifs de booking mais durant le séjour, je me suis rendu compte que c'était ceux de 2025, est-ce que l'organisation, la propreté et les prestations ont perdus en qualité?

Lovely, comfortable older hotel with water views
Pros:

The view from the room was lovely and though a little dated, the room felt grand. The heated swimming pool was great and i liked the clothing dehydrator in the shower room. We ordered room service the first night and enjoyed delicious, filling meals. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Cons:

The spa bath takes a long time to fill.

È ottimo, il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buona, la colazione è ricca, lo staff è molto gentile, c'è anche il parcheggio per la macchina che lo rende molto comodo per chi vuole noleggiare una macchina, la stanza abbastanza grande e polita con una panorama sul mare molto bello
