静かなソギィボを楽しめるホテル
Pros:

部屋からの景色が絶景です。
ジャグジーに入りながら海を眺めることが出来ます！
朝ごはんも美味しいです。
何よりスタッフがフレンドリーで、サポートして頂けました。

Cons:

お掃除担当の方が、ドアノブに掛けているroom cleaningの印をdon’t disturbと勘違いしていました。
スタッフの方に伝えれば解決出来ますが、むしろドアノブに掛けない方がスムーズなようです。

This is not a 4-star boutique hotel – do not be misled by the photos
Pros:

The room itself was clean and the sea view was nice, although all rooms appeared to have the same view despite this being presented as a “higher floor upgrade.” The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower pressure and hot water were very good, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily. You were provided with dressing gowns and slippers.

Cons:

Almost everything else. This hotel is absolutely not a 4-star boutique or luxury hotel and the online images are extremely misleading. Before even arriving, the hotel had issues with a hacked account and scam payment situation which should have been a warning sign.

The exterior areas were in a terrible state of repair with weeds growing through paving, moss, broken paving stones, damaged furniture, missing lights, rusty mini golf equipment, and generally neglected surroundings. The rooftop area was particularly awful, with uneven AstroTurf full of holes, broken chairs, cracked pots, and even a staircase that appeared to be pulling away from the wall.

The room itself looked fresher in photos than in reality, with dated fixtures and fittings. The jacuzzi bath leaked across the bathroom floor on the first night and the “repair” involved maintenance putting tape around it. The keycard and door lock repeatedly failed during our stay, including one occasion where my partner was locked out for around 30 minutes in wet swimming shorts after using the pool because the battery in the door lock had died.

The pool area also felt poorly maintained and unsafe, with loose raised tiles around the edge which I saw a child trip and injure themselves on. There was mould around the pool and hot tub areas, damaged chairs with no cushions, and broken hot tub jets.

Small details were also disappointing for a hotel advertising itself as luxury, shower heads covered in limescale, an empty diffuser in the room, very few clothes hangers, and repeated issues that management acknowledged but never resolved despite promising they would “make up for it.”

Overall, this hotel felt neglected, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard being advertised. I genuinely do not understand the high ratings and would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Fantastyczny Hotel butikowy 10/10
Pros:

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelowa. Duży pokój z balkonem, wanną z hydromasażem. Widok z hotelu był świetny a sama lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. Dodatkowo w hotelu są pralki i suszarki do ubrań. Podgrzewany basen i hottub. Pokoje jak i przesyrzeń wspólna czysta. Miejsce parkingowe w paringowcu a w okolicy dużo fajnych knajpek w zasięgu kilku do kilkunastu minut spacerem. Świetna baza wypadowo na zwiedzanie wysypy. Bliska odległość do Seogwipo z wspaniałym nocnym marketem. 10/10

Cons:

Śniadania są dosyć drogie biorąc pod uwagę, że w pobliżu jest bardzo duzo opcji które są sporo tańsze. Hotel ma już kilka lat i widać że potrzebuje "tu i tam" odświeżenia ale ogólnie jest świetny.

Krásny luxusný hotel, pravdupovediac sme taký luxus nečakali a ani nevyužili.. Ale cítili sme sa tam úžasne. Personál veľmi milý a nápomocný. V Kórei je to asi aj norma.

Hotel z podziemnym parkingiem, wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Skrzypiąca i podnosząca się podłoga na skutek odchodzenia desek od podłoża,nieszczelny korek w wannie do jacuzzi, więc radość z kąpieli odpływa, śniadania skromne i niezależnie od pory przyjścia na stołówkę - braki na talerzach.
W restauracji specyficzna kelnerka, na którą najpierw trzeba było długo czekać mimo, że tylko we dwójkę byłyśmy na sali, podała jedno menu mimo prośby o drugie i nie zrozumiala zamówienia, wobec czego jedna osoba nie otrzymała dania w ogóle.

Best place to relax and enjoy
Pros:

I loved this place! The spacious room with an ocean view. Comfy beds. Luxury bathroom with nice toiletries and soft towels. Jacuzzi in the room and heated pool were my highlights, especially in low season when it's still not a beach weather. Staff was friendly and helpful. It must be even better during high season with the rooftop terrace lively. I never wanted to leave!

Cons:

The laundry room is free but filthy, some space for improvement there.
The price for breakfast was ridiculous... It is so unreasonable that makes you think they want you not to order it.
There are no tours from Seogwipo, so in general, the location is more suitable for travelers who come by car. It's not on the hotel, but something to take into consideration.

The hotel makes you feel like you are on your honeymoon. The room is large and has a beautiful view with a hot tub. The pool is heated to perfection and tranquil. I wish I could have stayed longer!
