A lovely stay
Pros:

The view from the rooms is spectacular and there is a (short) olle trail starting just outside the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, swimming pool is amazing and open until late and for breakfast you always have a choice of local dishes which change daily. The staff is really helpful and polite. There is a small convenience store walking distance but you will need a car for trips/restaurants.

Cons:

Some facilities were broken: the jacuzzi in the room took a while to switch on and the gym equipment is partially broken down. The hotel has potential but needs a bit of maintenance

6 giorni a Seogwipo
Pros:

Posizione tranquilla in mezzo alla natura. Dalla struttura parte una passeggiata molto carina che porta ad un'oasi verde e al mare, ma in questo punto non si può fare il bagno. La posizione è buona anche per Seogwipo per Jungmun Saekdal Beach e per le principali attrazioni del sud di Jeju, ma bisogna muoversi sempre in taxi. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, buona la colazione e lo staff è gentilissimo.

Cons:

L'hotel, nonostante abbia pochi anni, non si è mantenuto benissimo e un po' di manutenzione in più non guasterebbe. Visto il costo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.

Very clean, beautiful and beautiful again!

Cons:

No concierge service to upload our luggage from the car. I was travelling with my daughter, and it was slightly raining when we arrived, some help would be great. Even on the day we checked out, it was 5 am, and no one helped to load luggage’s into my car. But the staffs at the reception were very friendly.

Great stay near Seogwipo
Pros:

La litterie est exceptionnelle, le personnel est très sympa, l'hotel est beau et la piscine est très agréable !

Cons:

Pour le jaccuzzi : il faudrait prévenir que le jaccuzzi se vide sur le sol en dessous et le produit est payant et assez cher

A luxurious and money value hotel
Pros:

The hotel is along the shore. The view is amazing even from the rooms. The rooms are spacious and there’s a jacuzzi in each one. It’s clean and luxurious. The beds are wide and comfy. The facilities are great with a swimming pool, a fitness area and a free laundry. The staff is nice and helpful. I recommend for a stay in the South coast.

If your main priority is simply having a spacious room (maybe same as your country home own room!!!l) a private jacuzzi, and access to a small pool, you may enjoy this hotel. However, if you are paying a premium price expecting good food, professional international-level hospitality, attentive management, and a genuine resort experience, I would strongly recommend comparing other hotels in Jeju first.

Cons:

First of all, the food was one of the biggest disappointments. The breakfast selection was very limited, and most of the food had almost no taste at all. The vegetables, rice, and other dishes were extremely ordinary, and there was very little variety. Even the juice selection was limited, and there were not many choices of salads, desserts, or other items that you would normally expect from a hotel charging this level of price. Breakfast was basically enough to make you less hungry, but it was certainly not an enjoyable or memorable dining experience.
As a foreign guest, communication was also difficult. It was not simply about whether the staff could speak some English. The bigger problem was being able to communicate concerns clearly and have the management and reception staff fully understand what I was trying to explain. I often felt that only part of what I said was understood, which made communication unnecessarily stressful.
Most disappointing for me was the overall hospitality. The level of guest welcoming, hosting, communication, and attentive care from both staff and management was almost zero in my personal experience. I did not feel the warm, professional hospitality that I normally expect when staying at a hotel in this price range.
I have stayed at many hotels and resorts in Jeju, including Parnas and other major properties, so I fully understand that GoldOne is a smaller and different type of hotel. However, even with that understanding, I still cannot understand why the online ratings and rankings are exceptionally high.
If your main priority is simply having a spacious room, a private jacuzzi, and access to a small swimming pool, you may enjoy staying here. However, if you are paying a premium price expecting excellent food, professional international-level hospitality, attentive management, good facilities, and a genuine resort experience, I would strongly recommend comparing other hotels in Jeju first.

Immerso nella natura
Pros:

Struttura pulita, camera grande e spaziosa con vasca idromassaggio. La struttura è dotata di una piscina comune e di un ristorante dove poter pranzare e cenare. Il personale gentile ed accogliente.
Per raggiungere la struttura dall’aeroporto ci impiegate circa 1 ora senza traffico.

Ett litet paradis!
Pros:

Övertäffade verkligen mina förväntningar! Jag var mycket nöjd med hela vistelsen. Personalen var otroligt trevlig, hjälpsam och gjorde att man kände sig välkommen. Städningen var perfekt och frukosten var underbar, med ett stort och varierat utbud av rätter. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell och kommer gärna tillbaka!
