Pros:

Room is small with only one double bed for two people, no hangers, no blow dryers and no iron and iron board in the room. Borrowed iron and delivered without iron board at all. Staff forgot the breakfast at 10AM that was pre-ordered the night before, breakfast served instead around 11:30AM. This room rate is way too overpriced for the quality of room, amenity and services. Would not stay here again.

Pros:

Property is close to a Church with loud speakers walls are not sound proof. Staff are honest and helpful. Hot water does not work but it's not needed. AC will cool the room enough to be comfortable but not super cool.

Pros:

I appreciated the good hotel service. But put me off was the strict rules for guests, some amenities were not as advertised when booking. For example. That there was no free breakfast. Free breakfast was advertised on Expedia. They should probably update that. Overall I was there for the experiment with my gf and though not bothered by much it was upsetting to here I did not get everything I thought I paid for.

The elevator, and the bathroom sink were not operating.
There was no staff available to help with out luggage on the stairs.

Pros:

It was ok...the shower, you could only get very hot or cold, that was a big problem for showering...made it very hard
