I stayed at this hotel for two nights—the 7th through the 9th of this week. After the first night, I didn't notice any significant bedbug bite marks, so I didn't pay much attention to it. However, after the second night, I felt itchy while sleeping. When I got up for work in the morning, I was itching all over and had numerous visible bedbug bites. I stayed in room number 6. I am attaching photos as proof. I had stayed at this hotel before without any issues, but it is clearly neglected now. I regret having to report this, but I feel I must, as the same thing could happen to the next person who stays there.

The toilet seat was broke nearly killed my self twice. Thats it

We had 3 rooms as we were visiting from 3 hours away for a family birthday and unfortunately choices are limited in Immingham. The rooms were filthy especially the bathroom, dirt on the floor and rusty radiators. The bedding was dirty, we slept on top of the bed. The mattress sagged badly and had no support.The cups hadn't been washed, the carpets were stained, the furniture was old and badly stained and marked. The blind was filthy and the cord was broken. My 22 year old daughter was staying in a room by herself and she gets quite nervous so had locked the door and put a chair behind, at 2.30am the door was opened by a strange man who had a key, the chair was pushed over and he entered the room when he saw my daughter he said to someone that there was someone in there and left, no explanation or apology. My daughter could not sleep for the rest of the night, she was so scared. I reported this to the manager the following day and was told it was the owner who had a master key and that because staff hadn't done their job properly and checked anyone into that room that they had to check if it was occupied. AT 2.30AM!!!! You really are joking. He didn't knock on the door or say anything to my daughter or apologise. I cannot believe that they thought this was appropriate, thank goodness she was awake and alert, as I am scared to think what would have happened if she had been asleep!! DO NOT STAY HERE especially if you are a young lady on your own.

Staff do not answer emails, phone is disconnected and now I know why. I stayed for all of 2mins. My room was full of bed bugs and the mattress looked like atleast 7 diff people had soiled it. (Photos to follow)
I had to leave as it was almost midnight when I booked in and find a new hotel. I havent been given my refund as they do not answer emails or requests.

The beers on tap were 1 pound cheaper than other hotels. So I had to buy more
