Overall a great stay, location perfect everything is walking distance restaurants, shopping centre ect
Pros:

Location in City Centre code to everything, parking was at another near by hotel but they validated our parking and all was great

Cons:

Pull out sofa bed was not comfortable and no spare sheets were left for that

Everything about it great except staff

Lovely and clean. Comfortable bed. Location great.

Cons:

Guy at front desk is SO RUDE. Had this last time I stayed. The most unwelcoming, dismissive rude staff for check in. He was the same last time I stayed.

I would not stay here again
Pros:

Good location and priced well. Pod coffee machine in the room was a bonus.
Pre-check in email seemed very helpful including providing details of nearby parking, however neglected to outline the terrible afterhours book in process.

Cons:

Great to have a dog friendly hotel but the whole floor smelled of dog and the carpets in my room felt slightly damp and had a post steam clean/dog odour. The after hours check in process was not at all pleasant. It took 10 minutes standing in the dark at the front door for the intercom to answer. The staff member that answered was very terse. I had to read my full credit card out in the street even though I pre-paid and then the actual key box is at the back door not the front door.

The location was AMAZING!!! The staff were wonderful, shower was fantastic, Nespresso maker a wonder. I loved everything.

This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in when on a business trip. It suited all our needs and the staff are very help

It was central where I needed to be. It was comfortable and had the amenities I needed.

Cons:

No breakfast. That would be nice. But you can do a shop and cook what you need in your room.
