Excellent location. The only problem is it doesnt have on site parking. Otherwise it was an excellent stay and I will stay there again

Overall i liked the hotel.
Pros:

Location was good because big shopping centre nearby.

Cons:

Parking. I parked my car at the centre and walked back to hotel. This is very hard to get something from the car if you forget.

Very comfortable but need usb ports to make fantastic
Pros:

Very convenient to everything in Canberra

Cons:

That there wasn’t any usb ports, I couldn’t charge my phone had to do it in my car, not very practical

Pros:

Location, room size, comfortable bed and great shower.

Cons:

Fridge had been defrosted and leaked all over the floor. We mopped it up but it was very difficult to find how we turned it on. Milk and teabags not replaced each day and fridge not turned on. We weren’t around when the reception staff were there so didn’t raise the issue but annoying.

Best location with very clean rooms.
Pros:

Super clean room in the best location. Shops, restaurants and culture 0-10 min walk in every direction. Even a great cafe and a bar/restaurant downstairs. So convenient

Fantastic hotel and location with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff are extremely accomodating and friendly. The room was so comfortable and the location is an added bonus.
Always love staying here

Cons:

The TV doesn’t have any streaming services and cannot be chrome casted to. It’s very limited
