Well equipped gym. Very comfortable beds. Good shower. Nespresso machine with pods and milk. Good location close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Property is good, but no car park available for the guest at all.
This is very first time I got charge for the milk, chocolate bar, marvel and chips extra $40 on top of $304 stay for 2 days I left hotel in 27 hours time. So I felt it is rip of deducted extra money for confectionery. Never recommend to anyone in the future.

Superior queen room (studio) great 2 night stay with shopping centre and restaurants just around the corner.
The duvet on bed had minor stains on it😳 (which we didn't use, only used the thin white bed sheets)
2nd time, we stayed here this year ( 4 day stay in January), and the same issue. (Might be time to get rid of the old duvets)
The fact that we could accomodate our furry daughter. The bathroom was beautiful and updated. The room was clean and well-appointed.
The hallway on the 1st floor had an unpleasant smell.
Convenient location surrounded by cafes, restaurants and places of interest. Easy to get to from the airport, bus stop outside the main entrance. Both the room and the bathroom were fairly large and clean.
I had asked for a high floor room upon reservation and the representative gave me the lowest floor option possible despite the hotel being half empty (I asked some other staff). Check in experience was horrible, we did not feel welcome at all. The guy never made eye contact, never smiled, no interest, zero engagement. I am an Accor member but got booked via third party, so when I politely asked if I could collect points for the stay I was abruptly denied and patronized, reminded that I should have booked directly through the page. Bedding wasn't pleasant, very thin pillows and extremely softy bed - unsightly. Me and my travel companion were booked for 2 nights, we left after 1, back home. Overall, a standard hotel with inflated prices, more business people oriented rather than for tourists.

The location was perfect.
I didn't notice when booking that it was pet friendly, possibly my oversight but was not happy paying to share space with animals. I asked at reception for a shower chair for my elderly sister and was told not available, so we had to source one ourselves. The bed was poorly made each day, the tea bags were only restocked after a complaint by me and even after that complaint the single sanitary disposal bag originally in the bathroom was not replaced.
