The hotel staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was extremely clean and spacious with easy access to supermarkets, food and places to see near the hotel.

Heel fijn hotel, schoon, goede bedden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Vanuit het hotel zijn alle bezienswaardigheden goed te belopen.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Lille pour visité la ville, il est très agréable, le personnel est hyper accueillant et professionnel, les locaux communs sont bien distribués, l'ambiance est cool. L'accès est facile. Tout était presque parfait . Je regrette en effet d'avoir inclus le petit-déjeuner dans ma réservation. Celui-ci, bien que très varié, nous a déçu. Autant le café était excellent ,les agrumes frais très appréciables, autant les viennoiseries et le pain gagneraient à être de qualité artisanale. Pour 17 euros par personne on pourrait proposer un choix de yaourts, des fruits secs, de meilleures céréales ou une brioche locale.Ce sera le seul point négatif du séjour !

Excellent location. Nice property and very good staff

Fantastic location within an easy walk to everything you would want to see. 3 min walk to Métro Rihour. Warm welcome from the front desk. They allowed an early check-in during heavy rain. Super explanation of hotel layout. After an email before our stay, they unfolded and made up the sofa bed ready for us.

The hotel is a new hotel in the city center. The staff were helpful. They had a couple of outdoor sitting areas that were very nice.

Hotel was helemaal oké, ontbijt super, voorzieningen prima, behalve het matras dat was hard, een beetje jammer.

Great location and quiet

Lovely location - great for when travelling with a baby. Lifts made room accessible and we were provided with a cot and bath. Our room had all facilities needed for a little one and being a lovely central location.

État général dégradé à commencer par le Radiateur de la salle de bains coupé, inopérant pour raisons techniques... Sans communication préalable de la direction. Cela devrait être le sujet d'un avertissement et d'une réduction sur le prix. Il y a défaut de service donc réduction

Friendly reception staff. Great room. Would have liked points to charge phone in room. Great to borrow games from reception. Would stay again. Very central.

Great facilities both in the room (studio) and within the hotel itself. Sheets were of a lovely quality, breakfast was full of options. Rooms were quiet! All in all perfect for us and we'd definitely stay again 👌
