Sycuan Casino Resort

We had a great and fun time there

Great casino. Awesome restaurants.

The rooms at Sycuan are lovely. Spacious, with high ceilings. We also had a balcony, which was so nice. The casino was lively and fun. A great variety of machines to play. All the employees were exceptional.

We did not stay at the Sycuan. When we drove up, it was a 10 or so story cement hotel with a 4-story parking garage. We were unable to figure out where to check in. The employees milling about were unsmiling and no one tried to flag us down or help us as we tried to figure things out. The whole place was not what we expected at all. My husband is disabled and not able to do a lot of walking. After driving for 8 hours from Cedar City, Utah, it was frustrating and disappointing. I called that night and cancelled and at least the person on the phone was courteous. The photos of the hotel were, in our opinion, deceptive - we saw no outdoor pool or green lawns. It was ugly.

Best place to relax by the pool and getaway from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are usually fantastic, but this time around they put us in a room right next to the elevator. Not the best, and the smell of cigarette drowned the room, never had that problem before. It made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, my stay was wonderful. Staff was excellent.

We were lucky enough to get a 12 floor room with a balcony. It was great to have the small outdoor space, mountains are beautiful slight lazy river view. Room was excellent it had high vaulted ceilings, which gave it a roomie appearance. The staff was friendly, attentive, excellent. Room was clean comfortable. The only thing missing was a microwave.

Excellent customer service from vallet to all staff.

It was comforting. It was needed for to distress from my daily routine. 😊

Pool was relaxing especially the lazy river pool i super love it. Clean and comfortable room. Tons of slot machines to play. I'll recommend it 👌

Great room missed coffee make though. Comfortable beds, nice shower, plenty room, nice view, spacious bathroom. Friendly staff helpful.

Staff was excellent. Food very well priced. Loved the lazy river and pool area. Water was heated to perfect temperature.
Needs an outdoor space to just sit and hang out in the evenings for those who do not want to be inside or gamble.

Towels smelled like cigarettes, housekeeper didn't came to make out bed. Didnt receive $25 credit

Had travel a bit for other sorts of entertainment.. I didn't like the roads leading to the property ,I thought it was easier access.. enjoy the amenities while I was there

The AC in room blew hot air. Reported to maintenance, they said it was fixed but it continued to blow hot. After 5 hrs I felt sick, checked out, asked for a refund or voucher for a different date, but got denied. Only offered to change rooms, if I felt good I would change rooms but my health was not good. Never coming back.
