Desde e recepção até os funcionários da limpeza são muito simpáticos e educados. O local é impecável na limpeza. Os quartos são aconchegantes e a decoração maravilhosa. Café da manhã excelente com variedade. Fizemos o check-out as 5:00 da manhã e mesmo assim foi oferecido café para nós (detalhe que o café comeca ser servido somente as 7:00hs). O Hotel oferece 24 horas café e chá e tem um microondas para esquentar um lanchinho e comer teanquilo no quarto. Você pode também utilizar o frigobar..Deixar um suquinho geladinho para você tomar quando voltar dos passeios. De maneira geral hotel excelente. Nota 1000.

Nota 10 definitivamente não é. Check in demorado. Quartos e banheiros MUITO pequenos, ar condicionado antigo, sem controle, barulhento; café da manhã bom mas bem simples. A equipe de atendimento é muito atenciosa. Nota 6.
