Pros:

Great room - clean, modern and quiet. Really helpful and friendly staff. Really nice outdoor terrace on ground floor. Easy access to metro stations, 7-Eleven and food options. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also excellent, and the room temperature was pleasantly cool. However, the pillowcase was visibly dirty and was not replaced even after the room was cleaned. In addition, during my five-night stay, slippers were not proactively provided.

Lovely central location, rooftop terrace is gorgeous and free beer daily at the ground floor bar with dj’s. Amenities of the hotel are fantastic. Let down by the room design as there is no wardrobe and the beds are too low to fit suitcases under so our room was an absolute disaster zone with stuff everywhere as there is no where to put anything away. Also the bathroom is this weird part of the bedroom rather than being a room in its own right. Bed super comfy and shower nice and powerful. So top marks for everything except the room design

There's was shopping stores all around and way more within 5 to 8 min in the metro. The hotel was beautiful, quite and modern. Rooms were clean and had a great cooling AC. Food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Staff was absolutely wonderful. A must stay in

Great Tokyo stay
Pros:

The breakfast was great. King bed room was spacious for a Tokyo room. Clean room, loved the separate toilet room from shower and bathtub. Great walking distance from subway, perfect distance for a quick cab ride to main train station for a Kyoto day trip. Would stay here again.

Pros:

This is an excellent hotel for an Osaka stay. It is located in a great area with a fantastic supermarket down the road and the closest metro stop a couple minutes walk away. The breakfasts are great and a real highlight of the morning. The hotel is trendy and comfortable with a great amount of space in the room.

Great hotel good breakfast decent room
At check in they offer you a voucher to not get your room cleaned. We were there for 3 nights and on reflection I wouldn’t have taken the voucher it was equivalent to one free beer
