Great location, great staff & pleasant stay
Pros:

The location of this property is perfect. Right above a shopping centre with great tax free shopping and restaurants. It is also over the top of the train station we used to get around Japan.
The cleaners take great care in their work and left our room spotless everyday.

Cons:

I felt the rooms were very small and squishy. When your traveling from overseas with family and a large amount of luggage a 3 bed room with no space for the bags is very hard to navigate.

Enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Great location! Quiet, close to train stations and not far from Ginza shopping district. Hotel was well presented and staff were lovely. Fun snacks in the lounge were a nice surprise!
