Great location
Pros:

The location just off Umeda station, so it’s quick to get anywhere

Cons:

Not as clean as other hotels I stayed in along Japan

従業員の対応が丁寧で良かった。
客室も清潔で良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターが○階〜○階ってので2つに別れてたが、間違えてる人が結構いたのでもう少し分かりやすくしたらいいなと思った。

細かいところを除けば、すごく快適でした。
Pros:

ロビーが広くてソファーが多くて、コーヒー等無料で飲めてよかったです。

Cons:

部屋が風呂とトイレが別なのは良かったが、風呂場に置くところが無くて、出たところで着替え等しなくては…が恥ずかしかった。パーテーション欲しかった。
庭園への出入口がドアが重くて！

Excellent location - plenty of shops and restaurants around.
The airport limousine bus is about 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The only minor point was that the room was a little compact with luggage, but overall it was comfortable and the excellent location more than made up for it.

Loved it, was quite and super clean. We did have to catch train and buses in to the main part of Osaka each day though
