Convenient and simple
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is its location right near the Osaka Station. It’s perfect for a short stay or for daytrips. The view at night of the city was also nice. It’s comfortable and has what you need. The bathroom was modern by Japan standards. We had a twin room which is better than a double, so slept well here. The checkout was quick (just return your room key to a machine). I would stay here again.

Cons:

We had some difficulty finding the hotel but Umeda area can be confusing. Its in the same building as Yodabashi Camera.

Pros:

The location was great, close to all the malls and airport shuttle

Cons:

During our stay, the cleaning person forgot to take the trash bag and left it(with trash in it) on the sink counter when we returned our room

Everything was same as usual but the bed and sleepless nights make me rethink next year maybe I shd change hotel night

Cons:

I have been staying here every year when in Japan and this is my third year. Somehow this round the bed didn’t seem right. The room was the same I used to book. This time round it was two single bed combined tog and me and my partner didn’t sleep well at all.
