Great location
Pros:

As many people said before the rooms are not so big. If u bring large suitcase u can put it on the stand in the press and open it out u won't get the doors of the press closed but u can still walk past it anyway. Also if u have or get the breakfast ticket u do have the option to swap it for a lunch option if u want to eat later but bear in mind it's not a great deal/swap the lunch is a small set menu the main dish the day I had it was fish with pasta which I didn't like so make sure to check that menu if u thinking of going for the lunch. The bus to and from the hotel to the airport is quite handy right beside the hotel.

Great location and a very functional hotel.
Pros:

Super convenient for transport, restaurants and shopping! A great base to explore Osaka.

Cons:

Rooms are on the small side for a family of three, but workable. An onsen would be great.

Check in was terrible. The kiosk didn’t work and the representative ignored us. Not good customer service!
