Near Osaka Umeda. Lot of shops around

Cons:

The room was very small and poorly equipped, not even basic amenities such as cotton buds were provided. The slippers looked dirty, even though they were supposedly disinfected. To make things worse, fresh towels were simply left in a bag outside the door, exposed in the hallway where anyone could touch them. This is not acceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars.
The housekeeping staff was unfriendly, did not even greet us. Breakfast was awful: diluted coffee, very poor quality food, and the omelette tasted as if it had flour added just to make it look bigger.
Overall, this hotel absolutely does not deserve 4 stars. I would not recommend it for a stay longer than one night. Very disappointing experience.

Good location and convenient .
Pros:

This hotel has only been open for a few years, but it's very close to the train station, making it convenient to go to shopping malls and many restaurants. We had a great stay; the pillows and bed were very comfortable, and it was important that the bathroom and toilet were separate. We would definitely come back if we had the chance! 😁
