Excellent stay close to shopping areas
Pros:

Excellent location and accessible to train station. Surrounded by many shopping areas. Decent space for 4 pax in the room. Fast check in. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel might be difficult to locate for the first time. No door at the changing area outside of the shower room, so not so convenient. Lack of hangers at the shower room or changing area.

Pros:

Location, modern room…very quiet up on 29th floor. Fact that bathroom components (shower, toilet and sink) were separated so multiple people can use the space at the same time. downstairs mall and restaurants were great

Excelente opção em Osaka!
Pros:

Excelente localização! Ao lado da estação Umeda e Osaka station. Ponto de taxi na porta e ônibus para aeroporto ao lado. Anexo a shoopi g center. Muito confortável, ótimo café da manhã.

Cons:

Quarto com pouco espaço além das camas, se abrir a mala fica dificil para locomover pelo quarto

清潔感に欠け、夜間の日本人男性のフロントスタッフの対応悪し

フロントスタッフはチェックインを手伝ってくれていたものの、カード機械が下側にあり、私がどこかなと探していたら日本人の男性の方が私のカードを素早く取り上げて支払いをしたのが残念でした。飛行機が遅れ夜の12時前のチェックインとなったから、彼らもつかれていたのか、とにかく対応が悪すぎてもう泊まりたいとは思えないのが本音。また、部屋に入ってお風呂のドアを開けたら脱衣所で髪の毛の塊が舞っていた。お風呂にも髪の毛があり清潔感に欠けている。朝食のスタッフはまだ対応は良かった。
