Had a nice time in Osaka and in a good hotel location with easy access to transportation.
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast had a good selections but it would have been nice to have different items change for each day. 99% of the items were the same everyday. More eggs types.

Cons:

Laundry facility needed more machines especially each wash/dry cycle taken up to 3 hours and the number of people waiting for a free machine. It was a big inconvenient. The room for double was very small compared to the twins.
