accès au parking extérieur de l'hôtel très difficile.
Staff rude and unpleasant just because I took a cup of hot water for a tea. I have never been treated this way in any hotel. Just out of line.

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit, donc juste le petit déjeuner parfait d'ailleurs.
Le personnel très sympathique, et la chambre très propre, donc à refaire pour un séjour plus long.
Sèche serviettes ne fonctionnant pas sdb wc très froid et on vous répond que personne n'a la main pour enclencher bref pas cool en hiver alors que le problème est connu depuis un certain temps. Chambre très étroite. On peut attendre autre chose d'un Ibis.
Je connais nombre d'Ibis Nevers le Mans ,Dijon , Beaune , Strasbourg et celui-ci avec le lavabo dans la chambre , pas de réception etc est le pire ce n'est pas un 3 étoiles 2 serait déjà un cadeau cordialement

Très bien le seul reproche est le stationnement qui est un peu difficile
Mis en chambre PMR sans m’en informer lors de la remise des clefs.
PMR pas adapté pour une personne de plus d1m85 (hauteur lavabo/douche/miroir).
bon rapport qualité prix et hôtel moderne et fonctionnel. Par contre problème pour arriver en voiture à l'hôtel due aux travaux municipale et des sens interdit nombreux à PAU
Service du personnel très aimables. Le parking dans la cour était très bien.
La chambre très petite, peu de place pour les vêtements, le lavabo est dans la chambre est pas dans la salle de bain. (pas de place asset).
Pau est une ville formidable.
The hotel was very central and suited my needs perfectly, the allowed me store my luggage for the day I was leaving. Due to me having an accident they allowed the ambulance man collect my luggage with my ticket, I was much relieved that I did not have to collect it myself.
