It was great, especially the dry sauna.
The location. The beds were comfortable.
The hairdryer was broken and the water took forever to warm up.
I arrived at my room and it smelled terrible, reported to the front desk and they were very unhelpful, just opening a window and wiping down a bit. It smelled damp and sewagey, so I poked around in the bathroom a bit and found a lot of mold. Reported again to the front desk and they did nothing. gross and terrible service DO NOT BOOK HERE.
Clean. Quiet. Fast and easy check in and out
Nothing
Easy to get to. Liked that you had a service to take us where we wanted to go so that we did not have to drive around in a unfamiliar city.
That the establishment is cashless really bugged my husband. I didn't like that as much as we paid for the room that breakfast and parking weren't included.
There were plenty of towels. Sometimes the water from the shower pooled in the tub The bell hops were very helpful. I was given a slight reduction in cost due to the delay in being able to get into the room
A microwave would be useful, as would ceramic or glass cups to drink tea. I could not check in until 6 pm due to waiting for my room to be cleaned. A clock would also be helpful so I don't always have to check my cell phone.
The restaurant staff was very friendly,
Nice location. Large room. Very nice lobby and resturant.
Bathrooms were outdated.
How nice the hotel presented itself along with the staff
Everything was great TBH
Some staff very friendly and helpful
Some staff unnecessarily rude. Nickel and dining for small things like bottles of water in the room. Made me afraid to use anything like the tv or refrigerator in the room for fear of getting charged. The hotel cost over $300 a night. All of that stuff should be included.
The rooms and cleanilness
The velvet parking was 50 dollars a night but
They don’t help with any getting our bags in or out but park your car, my first velvet parking where nobody helped
Location
Breakfast was a little expensive.
