Nice hotel
Pros:

I found the desk staff to be super nice. The lobby and bar area are nice as well. The rooms are a little on the older side but clean and functional.
The valet was nice.

Great Time!
Pros:

Had an amazing time. Great, clean hotel, was convenient to the conference center, but Zach at the bar was the best part of my trip, he was fabulous. I’d never been to Minneapolis before, and he made me feel right at home!

Andy is the goat.
Pros:

Andy is the sweetest person ever! Me and three other girls were deeply touched by his service and kindness towards us. And we’re strangers to him. Whoever is Andy’s boss, give him a raise!! Andy is the epitome of Minnesota nice!

Poor rooms
Pros:

Horrible rooms carpet looks dirty, shower doesnt even get warm had to take a cold shower. Beds are uncomfortable don't recommend.

Friendly staff
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean but could use a deep clean. Edges were dusty. Mattress could use updating. Side was kind of sunken in. Many restaurants within walking distance. I walked solo and felt safe. Self parking was easy.

THANKS ZACH!!!!
Pros:

I was having a horrible night and ZACH FROM THE BAR did a fantabulous job helping me turn that around. He was super kind, funny and helpful during my visit. He is an asset to this hotel staff. Sometimes as humans we fall victim to superficial standards and lose focus on the genuine side of us that really showcases who we are as individuals. Zach was REAL and KIND. He gave me the pick me up I needed in that moment and I will always be thankful for that. I will be staying here again in the future.
