No tenia planta d eluz se fue la luz y no dieron solucion desde las 4pm hasta las 11pm que me sali, solicite un reembolso y me digeron que no era posible pero tampoco me buscaron hotel tube que reservar y pagar de nueva cuenta en otro.

Sencillo pero cómodo y excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones sencillas pero limpias y cómodas
El personal de limpieza muy amable y atentos y nos prendian el aire cuando realizaban la limpieza y al regresar encontraramos la habitación fresca

Excelente ubicación, buen hotel
Pros:

Ubicación es excelente, en el puro centro, acceso a restaurantes, tiendas, sitios de interés, las habitaciones son muy cómodas.

Cons:

El parqueo está a 2 cuadras de distancia, se complica con un poco a la hora de bajar el equipaje, el acompañante debe ir a anunciarse a recepción mientras el que maneja debe ir a dar la vuelta, ya que si hay policías no te permiten quedarte ahí estacionado mientras te ayudan con lo del parqueo.
Sin embargo, lo mejor es dejar el vehículo en el parqueo y movilizarse en Uber dentro de Mérida
