Not worth the money.
Pros:

The size of the property was small and easy to access

Cons:

They kept complaining and we were just walking around upstairs, my kids had to basically tiptoe around , it was very frustrating , meanwhile our neighbors on each side were yelling and playing music all hours of the night and didn’t seem to get any calls, there was pink paint on the wall, stains on the table, and no cable shows for anyone to enjoy , mostly just news and old outdated shows.

Comfortable room, not sure if located in best part of town
Pros:

Easy check in, big room, served the purpose for a one night stay. Seemed like the hotel has recently been painted and modernised.

Cons:

It was a bit intimidating that the check in counter had a bullet proof window. Made us wonder if we were staying in a good place or part of town. This basically conditioned our whole stay. the sofa in the room was stained, but apart from that the room was big and comfortable.

La locación bien pero la comodidad de la cama pésimo!!!!!!! Estaba muy undida.. no tenía firmeza parecía muy viejo el colchón y las sábanas y la colcha rotas de tan viejas..
