Lifts not functioning
Not only centrally located, but Elizabeth St and Collins St trams enable getting anywhere very easy.
Nice facilities and a great buffet breakfast.
Location was ideal, in the heart of Melbourne CBD. An easy walk to everything. Tram stop out the front will take you anywhere.
We stayed on the 9th floor with our room overlooking Collins Street below.
They were having problems with a couple of their lifts being out of order, it didn’t slow us down too much.
These are great rooms very comfortable and clean, lovely beds and pillows and sheets was very soft too. Great location in the city easy to get to and from places.
Location was good.
Hotle facilities were poor. Spa not working, elevators not working causing long wait times. Stairs were difficult to use, being 10 floors up. Had a discrepancy with booking and staff were not helpful with what was clearly a small mix up with Booking.com. Buffet breakfast was simple.
Comfortable beds
TV in studio 2nd bedroom did not work, Spa broken (for “days” advised by staff), heated pool uncomfortably tepid, Broken Lift (advised being renovated only after check-in) causing 15 minute delays at peak periods
Clean, tidy and great location
Location. Room was clean. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
There was only one lift working for the whole building which meant long waits for lift or taking stairs. The phone in our room didn't work. The foxtel channels didn't work. We called for help but neither could be fixed. The spa was also not working. The shower head also not working properly.
Location and cleaniess
Some services didn’t answer number ie room service had to ring from outside to speak to staff which was disappointing.
