Breakfast was really good and the family room had plenty of room but the king should’ve been in the bedroom and the 2 singles out
Check was 2 and we didn’t get our room till 2:30 trying to rush to the footy game,One elevator working out of 3 was a huge letdown especially for 14 floors of people and our rubbish got left in our room 3 days in a row until we finally asked for it to be taken out
The location
The bed size was a double for two large people expected better the size of shower and toilet wasn’t great either plus the water pressure was shit.
Mine is better at home.
Buffet breakfast wasn’t as good as I’ve had when staying at other hotels.
Capet in walkways and decor and painting makes the place look dingy to be honest I think it looks run down.
Staff don’t collect dirty dishes in a timely manner at the breakfast buffet.

Great location right on Collins Street. The rooms were really well laid out, clean, and comfortable. I’ve already recommended it to others as a great place to stay!

No tap water in the hotel room, bad choice of tv channels/shows, room wasn’t cleaned when I asked, had a lift down and took forever to get downstairs.
Location of the hotel was great, middle of Collins Street and in the middle of everything. Surrounded by shops, laneway cafes, restaurants, theatre etc etc. Large, quiet room with nice comfortable bed and pillows. Great water pressure in the shower and didn't have to stoop to get my head wet.
The elevator situation was a bit ordinary - one set to get you from street level to reception, another set to get to your room about 30 metres away. Luckily I was on the top floor so didn't have a problem descending, but if you are on a lower floor you may not always get the first lift that stops for you.
Concierge was amazing, super helpful and friendly.
The room wasn't particularly clean. The grout in the shower was mouldy. And the toilet hadn't been flushed from the guests before I'm assuming. Found someones underwear sticking out from under the day bed.

Very clean and great location in Melbourne
Very outdated having to stand in bath to shower. A few Chanel's to choose from. No Netflix or any other streaming available. And car parking, yes you have it, but what a nightmare.

Had amazing service from Lee and Udara on reception, friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to cater for our needs, nothing was too much trouble.
