Location was great, unfortunately everything else was disappointing, definitely not worth the money.
Pros:

On the day of checking out, we were able to leave our bags with the concierge while we visited some shops.

Cons:

Upon check-in, while I was at the reception, I asked for some ice to be brought to our room, as my partner and I, were having a little celebration, but there was no delivery of any ice. There were three lifts, but only one lift was available to service all the rooms, as the other two lifts were out of service. There was a placard inside the lift which said that up to 20 persons could be carried in these lifts, but we had 11 persons in a lift, and it wouldn't move. Once two persons exited the lift, it was then able to move. Once out of the lift, our room was quite a long distance away, and as I was suffering from a recent foot operation, this made my walk quite difficult. While walking to our room we noticed that there was some nylon strapping, obviously from some kind of package, which was just lying on the floor outside a room door, and there was also what looked like some food crumbs. These items were still lying there the next day. Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed in the middle of the room, that a piece of the carpet had worn badly, with loose fraying strands, and was sticking up from the floor surface, very much a tripping hazard for someone. There were also a few pieces of the wallpaper visibly peeling away from the wall. The closet doors were binding as the hinges were obviously loose. While the room itself was pleasant enough, it was quite a disappointing experience, not what someone would expect from a quality hotel. What was more concerning was the frustration we experienced when people were trying to use the lift, one quite elderly lady told us that she had been waiting for more than ten minutes for a lift, as every time the lift stopped at her floor, it was full of more people, so she had to keep waiting. We reported this issue to the reception, as did others we believe, but unfortunately, all we got was and apology from the staff.

Location is excellent.
Pros:

Location excellent in the CBD, beds were comfortable, big walk in shower

Cons:

Lifts were quite slow, with one being out of action, it's annoying having to change lifts to get to reception and rooms. Room I stayed in is a long walk from the lifts.

Cons:

Many things did not work or did not work properly - Clock radio, bed reading lamps, air con control, TV .

Pros:

La habitacion era amplia, comoda pero sin encanto. El personal muy correcto y colaborador. Buen desayuno y excelente restaurant.

Cons:

En general el hotel se veia sombrio por sus colores y sin atractivo. El baño de la habitacion no tenia buen diseño y el agua escurria hacia los lugares de transito.

Pricing….. over $900 per room x2 rooms for an extremely ordinary room!
Shabby…. 2 lamps missing in one room …. No mini bar …. No amenities in bathroom.
Noisy air conditioning that either had to be on or off.
No easy access for car parking…
