Pros:

The location, the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Hotel is looking very tired could do with an renovation. Lighting was bad in room & room could have done with a good clean.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Beds were amazing and very comfortable.

Cons:

Furniture and decor was worn and tired. Tv was old and was not able to connect to any streaming services or screen mirror from personal device. No use charge points of any description. No light over double bed closest to window

Relaxing comfy and classy
Pros:

It was a truly beautiful place, comfy clean rooms with good shower pressure . Has its own resteraunt and bar , and so close to the busy part of town where everything is so close

Great stay, have stayed here before.
Pros:

Free room upgrade. Easy to navigate, although the walk was long between lift and room. Buffet breakfast has a heap of variety. Great location, located between two tramstops on Collins St, also have trams around the corner.
Easy to get to via public transport

Cons:

Single lift to get to the hotel reception. 2 out of 3 main lifts are being renovated - didn't have to wait too long though.
Was locked out of our room after 10am. I thought I had the check out time wrong, but it was 11am, so not sure what happened there? Reception was able to fix my key/card.
Couple of the exercise equipment had lost connection to the screen/workout sessions.
For a room with 2 queen beds (4 occupancy) there was only 2 mugs, 2 glasses, 2 wine glasses, and two glasses in the bathroom.
