Good location, large room
Pros:

Location of the hotel was great, middle of Collins Street and in the middle of everything. Surrounded by shops, laneway cafes, restaurants, theatre etc etc. Large, quiet room with nice comfortable bed and pillows. Great water pressure in the shower and didn't have to stoop to get my head wet.

Cons:

The elevator situation was a bit ordinary - one set to get you from street level to reception, another set to get to your room about 30 metres away. Luckily I was on the top floor so didn't have a problem descending, but if you are on a lower floor you may not always get the first lift that stops for you.

Pros:

Concierge was amazing, super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room wasn't particularly clean. The grout in the shower was mouldy. And the toilet hadn't been flushed from the guests before I'm assuming. Found someones underwear sticking out from under the day bed.

For the price, not very impressed
Pros:

Very clean and great location in Melbourne

Cons:

Very outdated having to stand in bath to shower. A few Chanel's to choose from. No Netflix or any other streaming available. And car parking, yes you have it, but what a nightmare.
