Not clean
Like the staff who are very accommodating and willing to hear out and assist with your concerns with the rooms. I like the pool area very cozy with nice setting and design.
The room 334 stinks. Smell cigarette that stocked inside and there is an odd smell coming from its carpet maybe..the room itself together with the furniture and appliances are old. I asked to be transfered to another room yet the phone cable was disconnected from the receiver and didn't work at all.
The cafeteria is also so small (approximately 15 seats) with crowded tables and chairs: not enough according to the number of guest capacity.

You have to close the door b4 you can get at the sink since the door blocked half of it. The remote didn't work and the AC UNIT didn't work either. Then my hubby couldn't get into the wifi for some crazy reason. We had to get the guy to come back 3 times to fix the AC , then get a new remote, then to t my husband on your wifi that didn't want to let u use.
Other than that it was good 👍😊

The carpet is full of stain with paint on top, a few spots are spilled over with something, and it was still sticky, Between the two beds and the bathroom and beside the desk, no face cloth and no floor mat in the bathroom, no water cup, The curtain on the window is falling down,
all was great, room and breakfast
The price was right, but you need to take those pictures of your site and put the real picture on. Because it's notting like the picture.and I did not take the time to read the comments my own doing.
There was no kleenex in our room, one towel. The towel rack keeps falling part.I asked for an extra towel, and the pillow never got it. My partner had to use my wet towel he was not happy.
There was no breakfast. They lied about complimentary breakfast but only provided cereal.

My room was old. The fan was so loud was hard to sleep. But the bed had to be the worst!! Had absolutely no material on top. My feet would go into the springs. The worst sleep of my life. I could deal with old furniture and carpet and fixtures, but the bed had to be older than me. Totally unacceptable
